Vacation rentals with beach access in Bariloche Department

Quiet ,pleasant elegant except for the inadequate armchair for the environment, the rest is highly recommended and very professional staff, I recommend it for vacation

We had an amazing stay. We found the cabin and the view to be even better than the photo’s. We wanted to stay somewhere more private and quiet and this is the perfect place for it. Santiago, our person of contact, was very helpful and reacted quickly. Renting a car is advised so you can move around easily, visiting the center, some beaches in the area and just enjoy the beautiful view while driving.

Mariana excellent host very predisposed to all the questions I had. The place is excellent as it looks in the pictures. The location near the supermarket center is great. The prices I made to Mariana to improve the stay were that the bathroom pipes smell ugly this makes when arriving from a day of a walk the apartment had an ugly smell. In the kitchen there were no knives with good edge to cut fruit, meat, etc. by buying a pack of three knives at the supermarket. It should be noted that all this was my experience and for me not opaque in anything the very nice stay in the apartment. I hope to return to Bariloche and go back to hosting there. The apartment is very nice. Just like in pictures. Modern, spacious, and fully equipped. Ideal for 4 people. Very well located, in a quiet area and about 10 blocks from the civic center. The heated pool and ping pong table add up when there are guys. Marita is very friendly and attentive, and adapted to our schedules at all times. Super recommended!

The apartment is in front of Lake Nawel Wapi (Nahuel Huapi), and on the side of the cathedral, the location intersects in Bariloche Centro, therefore there is everything just a few steps away (pharmacies, chocolaterias, restaurants, pubs, etc.). The apartment has a two-seater bed, table, sofa, large closets, two windows, kitchen utensils, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, only missing an oven, as it is cooked on counter to current. They have hot water and central heating. They left welcome cookies and clean towels. It is in a second floor, is climbed by staircase. The place is safe and the host offered me parking for an extra sum at the apartment lease. They accept pets. Place was clean at check-in. The hosts were attentive at all times, kind and cordial. They counted on the internet and SmartTV. We had a good experience, we would definitely come back.

Beautiful apartment to rest after a long day of sightseeing. Quiet with no disturbing noise. The lake view from the room is beautiful, somewhat far, but open. Anabel was a great host, she always communicated with us and was flexible to some requests we made. We would definitely go back! 🫶🏻🇦🇷

José Luis's house is very functional, and you can tell that it is a house that was made to live. It has a lot of details that make it very practical. We spent a week and really enjoyed it, the view is great and with direct beach access. Everything works well and José Luis's service was excellent. It is recommended!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! The house was wonderful and has so much natural light with big windows that overlook the beautiful lake. We loved just sitting out on the lawn looking out onto the lake and they had recently installed a hot tub, which was greatly enjoyed. The location was great -- very close to some wonderful hikes and restaurants. We felt very safe -- there was an alarm that could be set both during the night and when you left the house. Claudio was an incredible host -- he was very thoughtful and gave us some welcome gifts upon arrival. Anytime we had a question or issue, he was quick to respond and help. We definitely hope to be back sometime in the future!!

The house is simply spectacular!! It is super spacious, very nice, very comfortable and the location and the view is priceless. The private downhill on the lake/beach is spectacular. Regarding Julio, the host, I have nothing but words of thanks! She gave us recommendations on things to do, offered us contacts for reservations, and her kindness and predisposition were exceptional. The only thing “negative” may be that the WiFi did not work but I think it is understandable by the little sign of the area. All in all, a spectacular place, super recommended.

One of our favorite stays anywhere, ever. Unbeatable location. Great house. Fantastic communication. One thing to be aware of is that the area is very dusty from the dirt road, but Martín arranges for a cleaner to come every few days.

Excellent apartment overlooking the lake. Location close to the civic center (you can walk). It has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric pava, kitchen with burners, very complete depto. It also has a garage to store the car. Very attentive and friendly hosts, they gave us useful directions and were flexible with the check out time. I would definitely go back to this apartment and recommend it to other travelers.

Great apartment with a complete kitchen! The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and a little extra. The views are gorgeous and the place felt clean and cozy. The host was always quick to respond with any questions and was flexible with check in and check out times. It is in a great location to access the main bus lines and get to town. It can be a little noisy outside but that is the price you pay for being downtown.

Excellent everything!! Location, amenities, tranquility and above all the views from the living room window. It really exceeded expectations, it has everything like to rest and enjoy the place, the grill on the balcony is great! Super spacious and comfortable rooms, having the washing machine available is a spectacular plus, nothing is missing. Kathy's attention is also super outstanding as she gave us all the super clear directions to host us. I recommend it for anyone who wants to relax in an incredible environment

beautiful apartment, on the ground floor, modern, tidy, clean, with a small patio and own parking, everything you need for cooking. Closed neighborhood with huge heated pool, with changing service and keeping life.. worth it. Valentina was quick to respond.. only the remote control of the room tv and the medium soft mattresses for my taste, but nothing that tarnishes the stay

Mariana, s place was great. She had provided nice touches such a real coffee. Also we were able to get English channels and sports which she had paid for and a rare find on her direct TV cable channel. Lots of utensils so easy to cook in when we wanted to which we did one night. About 10 mins walk to the nearest supermarket. It was one of the best Air bnbs we have stayed in .

Great stay ! Fernando and his neighbor Neli welcomed us excellent and always attentive to our needs if a little noise was heard but it is the same from the other guests who did not comply with the regulations but we went with my partner and my 5-month-old baby and was always predisposed to facilitate everything ! I'd be back next time to visit Bariloche
