Impeccable house, very clean and well-equipped. Welcoming, attentive and very responsive host. The only thing to note is that the basement room smells slightly wet. And for fat lovers in the mornings, it's better to sleep upstairs, because as soon as the neighbors are in their gardens you can all hear. In terms of the location of the house, we were not disappointed. It is located in a rather quiet area, 10min drive from the beach, a large super market and about 15min from the historic center of Camaiore where there are plenty of good little restaurants and shops in pedestrian streets. In short, we had a great stay and will gladly go back.

Romantic cottage just a stone's throw from the city center but with the benefits of a quiet and secluded country house. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and that we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna, an impeccable guest. I recommend it

We had a great time staying at Cosimo's place. The area is perfect as a base to go on trips around Tuscany and wind down in the evening. Cosimo recommended nice local restaurants in the area that we really liked and was very responsive to any questions we had. The apartment is clean and modern with a great kitchen. The sea is only 15 minutes away by car, so you can go to the beach in the morning and on a mountain hike in the afternoon. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Gloria and Francesco we're the best hosts and the property was better than we could have imagined! Renters will definitely need a car; this is partway up a mountain and though a bus technically has stops on it, I never saw one. Amazing central location for day trips; wonderful local food; friendly locals; and Francesco told us about a great quiet beach that turned out to be amazing. Can't wait to go back! Spent a week there with the dog. Amazingly peaceful location, the apartment has everything you need and the fenced garden is a big bonus. The views are amazing and it just took about 20-25 minutes to go down to the beach. So this is a great combo, very private and quiet apartment but easy to go to restaurants and the beach etc. Maria is a very nice host, she gave me a lot of tips on things to see and try and answered everything very fast. If I come back to the area I will stay there again.

Our stay at Ida's place was amazing. The location is perfect - it's all within walking distance and yet it's wonderfully quiet in the apartment. You even have the feeling of not being in the city at all when you look out the windows, because you look into a wonderful garden with trees and many birds. The apartment is super divided and very well equipped, nothing was missing. We quickly felt at home. If we come back to Pisa, we would book the apartment directly again! Thank you so much!

Our stay in Viareggio in Stefania's apartment was amazing. Casa Matilde is a very cozy and beautiful apartment and we felt right at home. The location is awesome, the beach is very close and even the train station is easily reachable by foot. We love to cook and Stefania's apartment has a great kitchen with all supplies we needed to make beautiful Tuscany steaks, vegetables and fish! The bathroom feels like it is freshly renovated, beautiful shower and stylishly designed. The balcony is also huge and every room has a window/door to it, which makes it have great air circulation. Stefania was a great host! She sent us many great recommendations up front (groceries, restaurants, parking, shopping) and during our trip was always available for questions or further recommendations! We can recommend this place to anyone looking to have an amazing time in Viareggio!

Well-equipped and comfortable apartment in walking distance from the central station of Pisa. It has everything necessary; super equipped kitchen and good internet. It is not a touristic area per se, but it has all the transports nearby. Mateo is very accessible, responds quickly, and I care that everything is correct in our stay.

The apartment is very light and spacious, it felt like home straight away. The centre is a 10 to 15 minute walk with plenty of bars and restaurants. There is a local supermarket 5 minutes away. We loved the apartment, the high ceilings, interesting artwork and the overall feel. We have no hesitation to highly recommend this apartment, it's beautiful

The ceiling height is a bit low in the shower and bedrooms, but we are both quite large. We were able to arrange this very well and for us that was no problem either. We all (including children 5 and 10 years) felt very comfortable and recommend the apartment 100%. Sara is very sweet and accommodating, thank you for that!

Amazing location in Lucca. Walked so quickly to the walls. Apartment had all we needed. Beautiful outdoor terrace and lots of fresh air through the windows. Don’t spend much time at the apartment itself which should be typical as there is so much to do and see in the area. Would recommend.

We stayed in this house during the Lucca fair. The hosts immediately welcomed us warmly, along with the very sweet dog Luna, making us feel like we were at home. The house is located above a hill of Balbano, thus ensuring a great silence. Having a large garden, it also has ample parking, which is not to be underestimated. The house is still under renovation so it's a nice house, but with a few small fixes still missing. Overall a good experience.

We have had many stays in Lucca in different Airbnb, and Francesco's is at its best! Very nice environment, super quiet, parking available (it's a luxury inside the ramparts). The apartment is really nice with its balcony overlooking the park. Really great Airbnb 🙏

What a place! If you are visiting Pisa to eat, walk, travel and have a base that is central to everything do not hesitate…. Book this place! It is perfect, so clean at home accomdation and the location is perfect. We stayed with 2 babies aged 10 months, a 4 year old and 2 adults. It was quiet, easy to find and you felt right at home with the outside space to sit under the lights. Barbara was so helpful in my questions about a cot and other baby bits we needed we felt comfortable the entire time. We walked every day and with 3 young kids it was made manageable because of the location. The tower was a 10 min walk away through beautiful streets of Pisa. Thank you again for the best stay we hope to return already!

The accommodation is very nice, very special with a very nice small terrace. Located near the station and also close to the sea. Viareggio is a beautiful town full of life. We were very lucky to find this apartment at an honest price. The owners were very kind and patient, we really appreciate them. Andrea is a great host, helpful and responsive. The apartment is close to the center of Pietrasanta and very close to the only free parking lot (a big plus!). The bathrooms are great and stylish, the bedrooms comfortable and there is lots of space. Restaurants are very close by, but if you like to cook the kitchen is well furnished and the food shop is in walking distance.
