Located at the end of Maresias beach, it is therefore necessary to walk about 10min towards the beginning to reach more restaurants. Overall, great place to stay. Good house, beautiful and in a quiet place. I think it's a good stay for 4 people. We were at 6 and on the dining table there are only 4 seats and 4 chairs, as well as some cooking utensils such as cups of tea. Because they had 2 children in the group and in the holiday mood, we didn't mind eating sitting on the floor of the room and supporting the plate on the coffee table. It was not a surprise as we saw in the photos, but depending on the group, it could be an important point. We can't use the jacuzzi because it takes a long time to warm up and can't start with the house's electric shower as the di-junctor falls. When we came back from the beach in the late afternoon, there was always someone wanting to take a shower and take the sand out of the body before entering the jacuzzi, so we couldn't keep it on for a long enough heat. With the cold water, no one entered, unfortunately. It would be interesting if they could improve the electrical issue to correct this.

The house is very spacious, comfortable and very well located, which made our stay much easier. The condominium is safe and quiet, ensuring peace and security. Beautiful house, wonderful view! Super spacious and functional rooms, there were 11 adults with tranquility. Heated, well-maintained pool. We had flexibility at the check-in and checkout. Mario was super gentle helping with local tips. The house was super clean and Rosangela helped us during the day with cleaning and food.

Home is exactly as in the listing photos, the past instructions are very clear. The housekeeper, Claudenir, responds quickly and is super solicitous, kind and polite. The house had trimmed grass, clean pool, well-equipped clean house and straightened. We went with our little dogs who loved the space with grass, the house is tightly closed so there is no danger of escape. It is about 600m from the beach of Pauba which in a few days looked like a swimming pool, but in the first one it was more angry, it is a very quiet beach of movement, very familiar. We will definitely return.

We stayed at The House, super complete space, with 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen with all items of everyday life, service area and barbecue area. Extremely quiet place, 2 minutes away from markets, shops (walking). Farther ahead of gas station, bars and the beach. The space is beautiful, spotless. Helena super attentive.

The location of the house is excellent, close to the Junquehy shopping mall and markets. It is also close to the beach, but it is the most crowded place on the beach. We went to the maximum stowage period, so late in the afternoon and early we found the very dirty beach (people don't have a whim for taking care of nature). The condominium is great and Felipe always responded to us quickly.

The perfect location, very quiet, with surroundings full of things to do, the wonderful pool, the spectacular view of the Waterfall. The atmosphere is great for resting and enjoying nature. We love the stay and will come back whenever possible. We totally recommend it.

My family and I have absolutely nothing negative to talk about the house! We were super well accommodated, the house is spectacular, excellent location. We don't have to take the car out once at night, as the best restaurants are in the area. We would like to emphasize how well Rose Zé welcomed us, with a lot of education and sympathy! They take care of the home and well-being of guests with such affection. Amamos spend the week at the house, and we definitely intend to go back.
