Great little apartment, with an excellent location and fantastic guests! Will recommend it and stay again :)

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Great place to stay with a view of the Mediterranean. Host is friendly, and responsive. The space was clean, and very affordable. I definitely recommend this listing if you're interested in staying in Sanremo.

Mega great & quiet place to stay !! We stayed there for 6 days and enjoyed it insanely, in 5 - 10 minutes by car in Arenzano or Cogoleto. The host always responded super quickly to questions about the accommodation, good restaurants, etc. We would like to sincerely thank you and can recommend this beautiful apartment to everyone.

We stayed at this beautiful Tiny House over the Christmas Holidays and had an amazing time. The architecture and interior design are really beautiful. Everything is very well maintained, clean and it’s a great place to relax for a few days. Simona is a courteous and lovely host who made us feel very welcome.

Sylvie's house has spectacular views of the sea and Menton as seen in the photos. The photos are very realistic, we couldn't believe it when we arrived. The charm of the old house is very nice!!!!!The driveway is really steep and narrow, but with a bit of rangling good to drive. (we were with normal cars such as e.g. Skoda Oktavia on the way). Via the escalier d 'orangere you can quickly get up to the parking lot of the campsite and down into the city. A place to dream!!!!!

An amazing location and great host. The village of Peille is amazing and you are about 30 min by car from Monaco. You will have to park outside the village and walk about 5 minutes to the apartment. Something to be aware of if you are traveling with large bags. The apartment and view are worth the walk
