We had a lovely stay. The cottage is just gorgeous. High ceilings, a modern kitchen, huge bathroom…it was perfect for what we needed. Easy to walk to the shops or local cafes. A very comfy bed. Listening to the birdlife was heaven. So calming and rejuvenating. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful, cozy house snuggled within the rainforest. Spent most of our time on the balcony overlooking the trees and listening to the wildlife. Very grateful to Karen for providing such a perfect spot to get away to and would happily stay again.

Quiet and peaceful. We had a family holiday with 3 couples. Brought our own food so not sure about the surrounding restaurants. The house is big enough for everyone to have their own corner and read a book and also for everyone to come together and play games or eat. Great amenities in the kitchen and soft cozy lounge. Overall everyone was really impressed.

Our stay was amazing. The cabin view was extraordinary, the vibe was very cozy, romantic and meaningful. 100% recommend to families and friends, and definitely come back.

We were so taken with this beautiful property when it caught our eye 12 months ago. It has been a long time coming, but we have just finished our 3 night stay and were so happy that we had booked on the spot way back then. We loved the area already, however this secluded home with its mysterious winding driveway and beyond amazing position really showed us the stunning beauty of Montville and surrounds. We had a family group and I would have to say that my favourite moments were when my adult children walked into the home for their surprise trip away with the oldies. The reactions were priceless and once everyone had a tour, selected their room, gasped over the views, we all settled in to enjoy a beautiful few days together. We had everything we needed and the home, gardens and view were everything we could have wanted.

This place was absolutely perfect. My partner and loved it so much we often opted to just staying in the house to enjoy the homeliness rather than going out. We couldn’t of been more happy, we didn’t have a car or any other transport than walking but it worked perfectly, we got around to so many beautiful places just fine. We never wanted to leave and we hope to someday have a home as lovely as this one. So much care and love has been put into this house and it shows. We will miss the Cobhearthome very very much, but have vowed to stay here again someday.

We had a wonderful stay during our time in Maleny for our elopement. The house and views are absolutely stunning and it was the perfect place to unwind after a busy start to the year. The host was extremely helpful, responsive and accommodating. We are looking forward to coming back in the future.

An absolutely awesome place. Wonderful view and everything you could hope for on a short stay. Loved the kitchen and the fire pit
