Amazing cottage! unique and thoughtful! loved it!

This cabin was great for a winter camping weekend. It was modern, clean, and very well equipped. It had everything a guest could want. The kitchen, bbq, blackstone and Traeger give you every possible cooking option. Multiple backup propane tanks onsite in case you run out. The wood stove made for a very comfortable stay, with lots of wood available and a splitter for kindling. Nothing negative at all about this place. It was great and we enjoyed it very much.

Our family and friends had a relaxing and cozy stay at Bob's cottage. We spent our weekend lounging by the fire, playing board games and cooking delicious meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The cottage is also a 5 min drive away from the Haliburton Forest Centre, with trails to walk on and a really cool wolf centre. Thanks, Bob, for letting us enjoy your beautiful cottage. We'd gladly book again!

This is a beautiful spot, quite private and spacious! We loved the view from the big windows and porches! I hope we can return some time for another enjoyable vacation.

We enjoyed our new year stay in RAP cottage, it was clean and spacious. Kids were happy in the games room. Host was responsive and helpful. Only one comment is about the wifi internet could be improved. We surely plan to visit again summertime. Thanks.

We were very pleased with the cottage. It was very clean and spacious. Everything we needed was available and suited our needs perfectly. We loved the spacious kitchen and dining area. There is a lot of storage available if you are staying for any length of time. The perfect place to stay with a family. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

Greg’s place is a perfect cottage: homey enough to feel comfortable yet special enough to feel like a treat. The view out the huge window is a lovely mix of sloped pathway/stairs, trees, lake, island in lake and more lake in the distance. The main room has the most comfortable couch and the 500 movies include something for everyone. We especially loved the wood-fired sauna down by the lake. I hope to stay here again!

We brought our kids here as part of their Christmas present and something to look forward to over the winter. So they could have a chance at having a real Canadian winter experience and make snow forts and see the beauty of being up north. This place offered it all! The hot tub was very clean and the house was so warm and inviting and Nikki responded quickly whenever I had a question and her cottage was pristine. We will love to come back. Our kids had a blast!

We really enjoyed our four nights spent at Laurie’s wonderful cottage over Christmas. Peaceful and serene! Kitchen was well equipped. We were easily able to prepare Christmas and Boxing Day dinners for six. Looking forward to visiting again, perhaps in the summer months.

We had a fantastic three-day stay at a lovely cottage in Minden Hills, Ontario, to celebrate the New Year. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the peaceful surroundings and the picturesque winter landscape. The cottage was cozy, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. One of the highlights of our experience was how responsive and helpful Paul was. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, he was quick to reply and always made sure we had everything we needed. His attentiveness added a personal touch that truly elevated our trip. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and access to nearby trails for winter walks. We spent our evenings relaxing by the fire and enjoying the quiet beauty of the snowy woods. We had a great time at Cortney's cottage. We came to see the foliage and it was stunning. The decor of the cottage is warm and welcoming as well as the facilities. Very recommended

We had an incredible six-day stay at this amazing Airbnb! The house had everything we could possibly want—fully stocked with all the essentials and more. The amenities were fantastic, from games and TVs to kayaks, plus we absolutely loved the sauna and hot tub, which made our stay even more relaxing. The location itself was breathtaking, surrounded by nature’s beauty and providing the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway. Every detail was thought out to make us feel at home, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back!

We were booked for 4 adults staying 4 nights, just after New Years Day. We asked for a last minute change to 6 people, which Emily immediately accommodated without any difficulties or extra fees. The place was spotlessly clean. It exceeded my expectations from the photos - it felt larger and even nicer and more inviting than the photos. We immediately felt at home, cooked excellent meals in the well equipped kitchen, made ample use of the TV, game table, and hot tub (in minus 16 degree temperatures) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Emily is a friendly, courteous, responsive host. I would highly recommend this property and its host.

My time at the Kate and Matt’s was amazing - from the most beautiful sunrises over the water viewed from the rocking chair in the living room with a cup of coffee, to exploring this quiet lake by kayak, to walks through the bush, to cozy evenings by the fire (inside and out), and nights on the dock mesmerized by the starry night sky - this place is truly a “slice of heaven”. The cabin has everything I needed and was a home away from home. Kate and Matt are lovely and super responsive. Feel very fortunate they open their peaceful space up for others to enjoy. Look forward to going back again.

Jessica and Faruk’s place was perfect for a getaway with our friends. It was really cozy and matched the photos and descriptions from the listing exactly! Waking up in the morning and walking into the living room area was such a great - the view onto the lake is stunning! The hosts were very responsive and got back to us quickly about any questions we had about the place. There were also tons of great recommendations for things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time at this property. Even though we stayed at home due to snow we had great view. So many indoor games and fun things to do at the property. A perfect budget friendly weekend getaway. Would love to visit in the summers soon

We had a lovely winter getaway at Julie & Roger's. The home is very homey with a nice kitchen, wood fireplace and comfortable living area. The bathroom and bedrooms were clean. The hosts are very responsive, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

Words cannot describe how impressed we were with Laughing Moose. The minute I walked in the front door I felt I could live here for ever. The incredible views, the spacious kitchen the stylish little pieces of decor make this place comfortable, relaxing and luxury. Janice pays attention to every little detail to ensure we had a fabulous time! From the selection of quality glasses, crockery and cooking utensils to the games and puzzles ( we completed a full jig saw puzzle between us) we had everything we could possibly need and much more. Even a thoughtful and delicious blueberry pie to welcome us !! We were visiting from Australia and planned this weekend with our two sons and families for a getaway together. It couldn’t have been more perfect and we made such fabulous memories. So much space for all 8 of us plus the 2 dogs! I can’t thank you enough for this special visit! The cabin is amazing! The smell of brand new wood hit us as soon as we entered. They are still working on it (Mark was totally upfront about it) but the ground floor is completely done with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We wanted our Samoyed to experience a Winterwonderland and we definitely achieved it at Mark's cabin. He not only made sure we had a hassle free stay making sure the road was plowed, but was super responsive whenever we had questions or asked for advice. We can't wait to go back and make use of all the summer amenities, kayak in the lake and just enjoy the peace and quiet one more time. Thanks again Mark!

The family call it the "Snow Globe" Cottage !!!! Couldn't have asked for better cottage to spend the New Year period with the family and friends . The architecture, spacial planning & interior design is amazing. The home had 3 great living spaces on the main level and an additional in the lower level. This was a great benefit with the older kids and friends. Kitchen is rockstar status !!!!! couldn't fault it and we all loved the coffee station. The fire place that is opens to the lounge room and the dinning area was the big hit .... so nice and provides great ambiance. The beds were incredibly comfortable and super clean. Loved the master bedroom and ensuite ... perfect !!! The property with the fire pit, BBq and waterfrontage was perfect .... even with all the snow. 100% recommend the Snow Globe to anyone looking for a beautiful high quality cottage !!!! Thanks for an amazing stay :)
