Hi again. Perfect ground floor studio in a safe neighborhood! The hosts have created pleasant conditions for A COMFORTABLE stay! It's warm, bright and cozy inside, great for winter (AC works excellent). 10 minutes away is Mall Markovo Tepe and 5 minutes MU and Dental University. For me it's PERFECT and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it! Our stay was simply amazing! The place is cozy, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated while still preserving its authentic rural charm. Our host, Caroline, was incredibly welcoming and kind, making sure we had everything we needed. And the food she prepares – absolutely delicious! Every meal was made with care and love, offering an incredible homemade taste, and the fresh eggs from her own chickens made it even more special. The yard is a true little paradise – spacious, peaceful, and full of greenery. We were especially impressed by her small lavender garden, which adds an extra touch of charm and tranquility. The surroundings are perfect for a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, comfort, and amazing homemade food in a magical countryside setting!

Wonderful apartment! Everything was perfect! Tsvetelina is extremely kind and helpful ! The location of the apartment is great - you have all the restaurants on a walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes max! There is a Billa supermarket just next to the apartment! It was very clean, well maintained and very modern! It is recently renovated and decorated wonderful in details! You have everything you need for your stay - coffee, shampoo…..Tsvetelina has thought about everything! Thank you once again for the hospitality and the great apartment, Tsvetelina! When we come back to Troyan we will definitely come back to you! The best place to stay in Troyan! Do not hesitate to reserve it for your stay!

Great view, well equipped house, host super responsive and always ready to help! Great for a big family gatherings - had space and everything we needed.

Quiet and cozy apartment. Good communication with the landlords. An absolute bonus for me was the large window looking out to a blooming in my stay linden and clear. I would love to use it again.
