Very nice house, has everyting you need and sauna and fireplace which was a nice touch. Friendly hosts and totally recommended.

I cannot speak highly enough of this apartment and the team (smart academy ski rental below). The family business organised everything we needed for a great first skiing holiday. As we were new to skiing, it massively helped that they could take care of everything. We booked airport transfers, ski rental and private lessons with them, it couldn’t have been easier. Nina was very responsive and helpful, guiding me through everything. Our ski instructor Renny, was fantastic! Extremely patient and encouraging - thank you! The apartment was exactly as described and opposite the ski road and bottom gondola station. We literally skied to opposite the apartment, crossed the road and into the shop to store all the ski gear! Bobby was then there to welcome us back. Amazing team, thank you all for a very memorable holiday.

Amazing and spacious place in Banya, 8 of us stayed in the villa, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The spa complex is very handy and enormous, and the hot tub by the villa was used by us almost daily. Maya and Kalin are great hosts who helped us at every step of the way, we would gladly come again!

Lovely apartment, great mountain views, and Stoyan is extremely helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. A family of 6. Beds were comfy and the showers hot! There's a washing machine in the basement that you can make good use of. The courtyard garden was lovely especially as we had glorious sunshine! I would say 2 young families could easily share this accommodation. For shopping I would suggest turning left at the end of the road and shop at Billa, it was significantly cheaper than the Aldo's that are up by the gondola. You can hire ski equipment from skimania as suggested by the hosts, the discount code given is very helpful. Also use cash! They take card but we got more discount for cash. Oooh and there is recycling provided on the street. Overall, a lovely comfortable stay with everything you could need for self catering. With great eateries just 15 mins walk away in the Old Town.

Totally recommending the place, very cozy, the surroundings are gorgeous. restaurants, shops in walking distance.

this was great location for our week long snowboarding trip! was about 10 minute walk to the gondola, near restaurants, bars & nightlife. supermarket around the corner. the place was brand new and had parking available. when we got there we saw it was missing a microwave but within minutes of letting the host know they brought one right over. would be happy to stay here again. thank you!

Comfy and cozy place, in a quiet location in a busy town. Christian is a very responsive host. Very smooth check in and check-out process. Definitely value for money.

We had a fabulous stay at Ivan’s apartment- location was great, so close to the gondola and central to town bars/restaurants. Great communication and even recommended transfer company to and from airport and ski hire which was all great. We couldn’t have asked for a better host and apartment. Very clean and exactly like the photos. Thank you - we will be returning. 5*
