Pemika is absolutely wonderful—very professional and cooperative. When I arrived, she was already waiting at the door. I needed to pay the taxi fare, but the driver didn’t have change. I searched nearby shops but couldn’t find any. Upon realizing the situation, she kindly paid for me and simply said, “Don’t worry, you can give it to me later.” She never brought it up again until I settled the amount before leaving her home. She is incredibly responsive, answering any inquiries or calls without delay. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need and is conveniently close to all major locations. When I requested a late checkout, she generously agreed without hesitation, treating me with the utmost respect and professionalism. It truly felt like home. I will definitely return to this place and highly recommend this apartment! It’s great to see such hospitality, especially in situations where smooth coordination and quick responses are crucial.

The facility was great! Clean and friendly. It has 2 malls/plazas within walking distance. It was directly across the street from a SkyTrain station, so we were able to get around all of Bangkok easily.

I went for the swimming and it didn't disappoint. Even when one pool was in repair for a week, there was still 2 other pools to use. I liked the views from the rooftop. Great way to spend an afternoon. It was a definite plus that there was a 7-Eleven on the ground floor. You pretty much find anything you might need during your stay. I can highly recommend.

It was a very good choice this accommodation to discover Bangkok and the metropolitan area of Thailand's capital. The apartment was very nice and the amenities were great for a 4-weeks stay. The space was more than enough for 2 people, the bed was very comfortable, there were many options to cook your own meals and you can do laundry using the washing machine available in the balcony. The place is easy accessible via public transport and using different buses or the monorail, you can reach almost every place in Bangkok metropolitan area. Chantanee was always responsive and provided details for any question that I had. Moreover, there was some snacks and bottles of water waiting for us at the check in time, which was very nice. Very close was a big supermarket (Big C Extra), which is a great option to by groceries and other stuff that you may need. Overall, this place was a very good choice for our stay near Bangkok.

A great apartment in a comfortable and well managed condo. Close to everything and easily accessible by car. I'm looking forward to my next stay here.

Overall, I am very satisfied with this house. The location is great. There are many western and Thai restaurants at the doorstep, so it is very convenient for people who don't want to walk far. This house is quite cost-effective in the Sukhumvit area. I will stay here again next time I come to Thailand.

Great place, in the middle of happening place, anything you want is within walking Distance, we loved it. Daily Cleaning service is a great plus, Gym and Pool looked wonderful although didn’t get much chance to use it. perfect Kitchen with all the utensils needed to cook breakfast lunch or dinner. Plenty of inside/outside seating with sun shining through. Great restaurants. supermarket all within walking distance. All the surrounding area are wonderful. Front office young lady Kiki is a delight to work with, I would certainly be back and recommend this to anybody who might be visiting Bangkok for holiday or for business.

A huge amount of space for a group, comfortable living space, strong AC, and a great rooftop pool. Very quiet despite the busy tourist street below. Relatively easy to get around with a BTS stop at the end of the street. Would recommend!

Som/Bird'd Place is a perfect, very lovely place... nice and clean. The location is very convenient, full of restaurants and bars nearby. Great Host, friendly, and responsive... gave suggestions on where to go to some good places and instructions on how to go there. All instructions are very clear, no hassle in check-in and check-out. We enjoyed our stay, we had a great experience... would recommend this place to our friends and definitely will stay here again next time.

Everything was perfect and the proximity to the place impeccable

I was very happy with my stay the view from the sky pool on the 56th floor was amazing, close to local stores and restaurants. having a 7 eleven on the ground floor was convenient!

Kerry is a great host who always responds to our messages. His place is very suitable for a family and we felt right at home. The neighborhood is great— very safe and peaceful. We definitely had a lovely stay!

The condo was extremely new, clean, quiet, and just all around lovely! I traveled with my mom and loved that it was 2 br, 2 bathroom and the bedrooms are separated by indoor stairs so there was a lot of privacy. The pool is very nice and refreshing before sunset and there's also a sauna room but we didn't use it. The location is a bit far to the city centre (1 hr by car, around 300baht for Grab), but the shuttle bus service to Saima MTR station was convenient. From there on, you can take the Purple line. The host was very helpful and lovely too! She helped us out a lot via AirBNB text during checkin and also gave us great local recommendations. All in all, it was one of the newest and nicest Airbnbs we've stayed in, and it's great for 2 or 3 people groups.

The host is really great, the accommodation is good, the home feels very comfortable, the attractions are very close, and the subway is very convenient… I recommend it
