Villa vacation rentals in Balma

Our family of three adults and two children spent five weeks at Valerie's place in October. It was exactly what we were looking for in an extended stay near Toulouse. The house itself was wonderful. The rooms are large, there were multiple desks to use for working remotely, and the property itself was large. Our kids enjoyed running around the yard and exploring the outdoors. We regularly used the outdoor furniture for meals at the table or lounging on the chairs. It's also down the street (~1km) from a nice park with a playground and a boulangerie. The location was also exactly what we were looking for. It put us within a short trip (<1hr) of many beautiful towns and attractions (Corde sur Ciel, Albi, Gallaic, etc.). It also was only 15min away from the Bourderouge or Argoulets Metro Park + Ride. Valerie was also responsive to any questions or requests. I would highly recommend an extended stay!

We spent a week in this comfortable home. Very well equipped with modern decor. The full air conditioning of the house is really a positive point in the middle of August. Everything about it is excellent The house is 10 minutes from the metro by car, 2 minutes from the Canal du Midi and 20 minutes from Toulouse city center. Our host was always very responsive to our questions.

We had a wonderful weekend in this very nice setting. As soon as you open the gate, a real island of well-being is revealed. In the house we immediately felt wonderfully good. Both quiet and with access to all amenities. Nothing but happiness with hosts who are very available if needed. We strongly advise Catherine and the whole family

A great weekend in Sophie's house, which, it must be said, offers everything you need to disconnect from everyday life, meet with friends and party with a view. The house corresponds in every way to the photos, equipped with everything you need for a friendly moment. Sophie is pleasant, accommodating and attentive to her hosts ( we wanted to play games, she got us out of the interior and outdoors). Again, a big thank you for everything, really.

A lovely peaceful stay. Attention and availability of hosts. Would definitely stay. And above all, the flexibility of the arrival time is so important for this stay.

The welcome was great and our stay went pleasantly well. The house is great for reuniting with the large living room and bar area downstairs. The place is really quiet and peaceful. Special mention for the jacuzzi in the garden, a real charm in the heart of this month of December. We'll be happy to go back!

With my best friend, we celebrated our 40th anniversary in this wonderful haven of peace, surrounded by our closest friends (23 participants in total). We had the crazy idea of organizing a mega winter pool party and we were not disappointed with the trip. Everything in Thierry's property is designed to make the escape break as comfortable (and festive!) as possible: the facilities, the large beds and their great mattresses, the kitchen equipment, the aquatic area with all its games, sound system and disco lighting, the petanque court... And this, without counting the perfectly isolated and superb environment with the fields around as well as the small church in the background. Very special mention to our host Thierry who was very charming, ultra flexible, available, attentive and heroic in saving my car at checkout, with a dead battery. Thanks from all of us Thierry, we'll be back!!

I don’t have a bad word to say about La Rivière! The house is truly amazing. Very spacious, beautifully decorated and perfectly peaceful. The garden was a great spot for playing games and lounging around the pool. The kitchen is fully decked out with everything we needed and more. Beds were incredibly comfortable! And we appreciated all the little extra touches, like toys for kids and bikes so we could cruise around the countryside. The villages nearby had shops and a little Saturday morning market which we loved. Charlotte was a great host, very communicative and flexible with us and our plans. She gave great recommendations and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. I really hope to return in the future.

Very pleasant stay at Celine's, a very pretty, well-equipped and friendly house. A very pretty Christmas tree to keep us company by the fire. We felt right at home. The hot tub is very nice in the winter. Many beds that allow you to come and enjoy together. I would highly recommend this place and Celine is very welcoming.

Marie-Noëlle's house is a real gem nestled in the Lèze Valley. Great for a family vacation. Everything is thought out to have a good time, even in winter. We were able to play a small game of pétanque, between 2 rays of sunshine. 👌🏻 We'll definitely be back! Thanks again to our host for her communication and to Sophie for her warm hosting.

Villa booked as part of a business seminar. Eric is a very responsive host and eager to satisfy you: we had a retro projector and paper board available upon arrival. The Villa is as described with views of the Pyrenees that are as breathtaking as they are relaxing. A super bright living room as pleasant for working as for having a good time around a meal. The downstairs room is great for sharing great moments of conviviality. Note that the external neighborhood is close and therefore can be quickly disturbed by ambient noise (especially when there are more than ten of you) or music which is in fact prohibited outdoors => if you are looking for a villa to party outdoors, it is not suitable (but it is perfectly explained in the listing) for the rest, go there without so much as a second thought, the value for money is excellent.

Eve was an amazing host, super responsive and the space was just amazing. A great place to rest our heads but also be productive. Highly recommend

Great stay, we particularly enjoyed playing Padel

We have just had 8 nights at Anais and Julien’s accommodation and we had an amazing time. The accommodation was everything we needed plus it was peaceful and the pool was absolutely amazing. A pleasant and quiet setting. Ideal for relaxing and great location for visiting the surroundings and the area. It's magical to see deer and even wild boars while not being very far from Toulouse. Thank you and we can't wait to go back.

What a lovely home! Charming, stylish, and quite comfortable. Worked great for our party of 4. Xavier, Julia's husband, met us at the residence to show us around and give us the keys. Was very responsive whenever we had questions or issues. Pool area was beautiful, though unfortunately the weather did not cooperate during our stay. Fantastic kitchen - fully furnished and well appointed. (We made most meals at "home".) Both bathrooms very nice (Xavier did the tiling himself!), and tub in 2nd bathroom was fabulous!!! Two WC meant no waiting to get ready while someone had to use the toilet. The black-out shades in each room meant for some serious privacy and fantastic sleep. Very close to shops and easy walking to center of Toulouse. Only note is that 4th bedroom has become a dressing room, but no issue for our party of 4. And their cat is a total love-bug... wanted to bring her home! Absolutely recommend Julia & Xavier's home for your stay in Toulouse! (Thank you both!)

Alexandre has a very beautiful and stylish place. Located in a quiet village is perfect spot for relaxing outside of the city burst. The pool area has amazing views over the valley. Very well-equipped kitchen plus the inside and outside dining area are great to enjoy a dinner with friends and family. Absolutely lovely place!
