Beautiful home on a beautiful piece of property. Lots of room inside and outside. It has an excellent common area for family gatherings. Great home for families with children. Owner is very communicative and helpful. He ensured that we have enough baby gates and a pack n play for our stay. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic space for a large group. We had 10 people for a New Year’s Eve ski weekend, and this was the ideal spot for it. Hot tub was a great treat. Be warned - the floors are squeaky, so if you’re a light sleeper in a large group bring ear plugs.

The Airbnb was extremely clean and very comfortable. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. 10/10 would stay again.

Awesome house, the pond was a really neat bonus. We had coffee in the sunshine, with the beautiful fall leaves, by the water!! Our family really enjoyed this place. It was quiet, roomy, and in a great location! Lots of restaurants close by, yet had a feeling of being in the country, away from it all. Highly recommend this home. Also very affordable, considering the area.

We had a great stay at Michael’s place. We were able to walk from the train station and walk to downtown easily. Michael was responsive and the home was charming.

perfect home base for a visit to Saratoga! walking distance to the track and all of down if you wanted. We were on a bachelor party and couldn't have asked for better. hot tub was a huge plus for relaxing after a day/night out.

My husband and I were looking for a weekend getaway where we could bring our furbaby, Jack. We found a little slice of heaven under 2 hours from home. Philip’s place was exactly what we were hoping for and more. No stone was left unturned when he created this warm, welcoming space. We loved all the special touches, the enclosed space for Jack to play, engaging with the llamas (missing Beckham already), donkeys, chickens and adorable chocolate labs (Spencer and Memphis!!!). Peaceful, cozy, serene, calm, comfortable and relaxing! We feel so grateful to have uncovered this gem of a place and hope to be back again soon. Thank you for having us Philip and friends!!!

this place is awesome. Easy to walk to town yet quiet street with easy free parking. Host is responsive, polite and helpful. let us check out late after we were out till 4am.

Beautiful scenery and welcoming host! We loved our stay at the yurt. We woke up to a fresh made breakfast and were greeted with a baby goat and puppy! We fed the goats in the morning and learned about the farm. The whole place is extremely sustainable, a wonderful off-grid getaway. Would highly recommend staying here, the hospitality is amazing!

Christopher's place was amazing. The property is absolutely amazing, and the view from the window is stunning. The place is very cozy, comfortable, and feels very spacious for the size. There are several cute small towns near by and plenty of places to go for a hike. Christopher was a great host who gave recommendations and always responded to questions. We would 100% recommend!

Devra & her daughter were great hosts. Devra entered the Suite with me, pointed out everything I needed to know. She is an interior decorator & her talents were displayed in the Suite. Newly renovated with oversized bedroom & bathroom. Living room conveniently connected to the kitchen. I’ve been renting in Saratoga for over a decade & it was the best location I’ve had. Walking distance to Track & Broadway. Easy bike ride to Saratoga Park.

We had a lovely Labor Day weekend stay at Julie’s house. There was lots of space indoors and out. The hot tub, pool, fire pit, and grill were all put to good use and made our stay so homey and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools and appliances needed. The location is excellent with easy access to 87, SPAC, and the race track.

Adam’s home was perfect for our stay. He was extremely accommodating and made us feel welcome. His home was the perfect size for our 10 person group. The pool and backyard were great. House was close enough to the track. We’d love to return!

Loved staying here! It was super cozy and a lovely home away from home for the holidays. House is as described and very spacious. Fireplace makes it extra cozy when the weather got cold. Host was very proactive and responded to any question or issue almost immediately. We will definitely be staying here again!

Amy’s place was amazing. One of my best experiences using this mobile application. This place is perfect for groups visiting the infamous Saratoga Racetrack. I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to have a memorable experience.

We had a lovely time at Cheri's! The pool and bbq were the top favorites. Cheri's house is very clean and has a very welcoming vibe, exactly as pictured. Cheri left pool floats for us to use, which were a big hit with our daughter. It's a short drive to town, where we got to enjoy everything Saratoga Springs has to offer. We would love to come back again!

This was our third stay at Marks place. It is a wonderful stay and always has everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you are coming for a concert, the trail is easy to access, but bring your walking shoes. It’s very easy to walk to downtown Saratoga which is nice because parking is crazy in downtown. The pool is always clean and ready for a hot summer day.
