Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ballarat East

We enjoyed our stay. The location in the older part of Ballarat was quiet and a very short drive to the centre of town. The cottage was comfortable with everything we needed, including generous breakfast provisions such as fresh eggs from the resident chooks and Sue our host was very friendly and helpful. The enclosed and private, bushy backyard was a great place to hang out for breakfast or a cuppa and a fun place for our 2 small dogs to safely explore! We felt very welcome, thanks to Sue!

Peaceful surroundings next to a bush land/hiking trek, good size living area with a spacious front yard and secure backyard—perfect for our dogs. Had excellent lunch at Espresso Depot Cafe in Buninyong, though many cafes were closed early in the week, so we drove to Ballarat (just 20 min) for dinner. Try Mt buninyong lookout tower for views. AC in every room was a lifesaver during the warm days. Had few mozzies left in the room on the first night, which affected our sleep, the rest of our stay was delightful and relaxing. Overall, a great spot for a short getaway!

Fabulous house! Well designed house that gave each of the 3 couples renting the place their own private space. The house was very comfortable with a great outdoor space. The place was so quiet and relaxing.

Pauline was an excellent host and the house was exactly as described on the website. Clear instructions on how to enter the property which was situated in a very private location. Nice welcome pack when we arrived at the house. Ideal place for our visit to the Ballarat area when visiting friends and family in Castlemain.

Very clean and spacious accommodation amongst the vines in Sailors Falls. Perfect location to stay for a wedding at nearby Sault restaurant.

The airbnb was amazing and peaceful, we really enjoyed how clean, peaceful and quiet it was, it was only walking distance from the inner town centre yet so peaceful, had everything we needed highly recommend 😀

This unit was in an excellent position for visiting Ballarat. It was close to the city and near restaurants, shops and attractions. It was also in a very quiet area. Highly recommended.

This was one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in!! It was beautifully furnished and decorated and truly felt like a home away from home! I would recommend this fabulous apartment over any accomodation in Ballarat. 10/10 hands down!

If I could give Cecelia more than 5 stars I would, everything was perfect, the apartment was so well equipped it had things we didn’t even realise we needed until we found them! Cecelia was the perfect host always available to answer any questions we had and going above and beyond to help us with our trip. Location wise was ideal with lots within easy walking distance and the train station a 10-15 minute walk for travelling further afield. We will definitely be back x
