Vacation rentals with a pool in Balboa Peninsula, Newport Beach

The house is really beautiful and cozy, with one bedroom on the first floor and 3 on the second. We came here with 6 persons and the bathroom is enough for all of us. We made meals every single day and Cheryl prepared a lot of different seasoners for us which is really helpful for us. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is just fine. Fashion Island and Spectrum are only 20 minutes drive. We will come back for sure if we pay another visit to Irvine next time and will definitely introduce this nice place to our friends. Thank you Cheryl for always very nice and responsive.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning Airbnb and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the beautiful modern beach vibe that permeated the entire space. The decor was chic and inviting, creating an atmosphere that felt both luxurious and comfortable. The property was pristine clean, truly exceeding my expectations. It was evident that the hosts take great pride in maintaining the space, ensuring that everything was spotless and well-organized. One of the highlights of this Airbnb was the amazing outdoor seating area. It was the perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. Additionally, the hosts had thoughtfully provided everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, from beach towels and chairs to kitchen essentials. They were also incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the entire experience seamless!

This accommodated our party well. We had enough room to breathe. The kids enjoyed the pool and the game room!

We had an amazing stay at this house in Anaheim! It was the perfect Disney getaway for our family — my husband, 4 kids, and in-laws. The house was incredibly cozy and clean, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The beds were super comfortable, and everything was well-stocked, making it feel like a home away from home. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool and hot tub — both were awesome and made our trip extra special. If you have little ones, the lock gate around the sliding doors was a great added safety feature, giving us peace of mind while enjoying the backyard. We can’t recommend this place enough and would love to stay here again! Harold was so responsive, friendly and very accommodating. Thanks again for everything!

We had a great time at Shayla's. It has all the amenities we needed. Pool isn't heated but that didn't stop our kids from jumping in. Would stay here again if come back down this way.

Jorgen was a great host and extremely accommodating and helpful when we had some last minute illness and had to change our stay duration. The backyard is 10/10 amazing. Beautiful and surprisingly private for the area. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time outside. Thanks for the stay!

Must’ve needed experience

Janet is an amazing host. We’ve stayed multiple times. This has become our first choice place every time we visit. Even our friends love the place when we go to Disneyland, and they join us.

Nice 2 bedroom 2 bath to relax in while my husband and I were traveling. Very pleasant experience. Jessica was a great host. Very warm and responsive communication.

This place was EXACTLY what I hoped for! Went to a convention right in front, and Brinda was so nice to show us around the place and easier exits for us to travel! Communication worked easily when we wanted to check in early! <3 Overall, definitely coming back with my guests next year!! :)

The condo is very clean and comfortable. Very quiet and felt very safe. Nicely decorated without clutter. It’s a beautiful and easy 30 minute walk to the local beach through the Waldorf Astoria golf course. We did it twice in a week and used the free Laguna Beach transit bus from Ritz Carlton to explore.

John’s place was perfect for our family trip!We spent a week visiting relatives in the area. The apartment was well equipped, pristine and easily accessible. We would def stay at John’s place again.

We loved our stay at Shay's place in Long Beach. The apartment was clean, well decorated, had all essentials provided for and is in a great location. The king size bed is very comfortable and we loved the convenience of having a washer/dryer in the master bathroom. We were there for a month and except for taking longer trips to do some sightseeing, we were able to just park our car and walk everywhere. There are lots of great restaurants and shops nearby, as well as Seal Beach. There is a pool and hot tub available which we did not use, but loved being able to see from the bedroom window (along with the marina, bridge and a pretty pond with fountain by the pool area). Shay was easy to get ahold of and answered all of my questions promptly. I would love to stay there again!

We really enjoyed the house. It was spacious enough to accommodate 2 families for the week. The game room and outdoor swimming pool were a hit with the kids. It was a great place to stay during our trip to Disneyland where we enjoyed down time at home, yet the kids were still able to have fun with all the amenities the house included.

We appreciated the attention to detail and all the amenities around the home. We had everything we needed for our large group to stay the weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the basics for tools and utensils. The hosts were extremely responsive and communicated everything very clearly. We would highly recommend anyone to stay the next time they are in Orange.

We felt very comfortable and relaxing. For 9 people, it’s very spacious. Amenities are good and bathroom was clean. I definitely recommend the place.

Best place we’ve ever stayed at! My kids loved it, we loved it, it was so much fun packed into 1 house. James was very super responsive and helpful when we had a question. Hoping to stay here again in the future.
