Balboa Island vacation rentals

The location of this rental is ideal, a block from the beach. The house is well equipped, as pictured in the listing. Our host Rich met us at the house and was very responsive in communication. He monitored some minor maintenance activity in the upper unit to ensure we weren’t bothered by noise. We enjoyed having access to the 2 cruiser bikes and garage parking for our car. I was a bit put off by the multiple emails from HappiTravels prior to our stay. I understand that Newport Beach has very strict regulations on parking, noise, etc, but I didn’t need to be reminded repeatedly. Overall a good stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The jacuzzi tub wasn’t producing the bubbles and although it wasn’t able to be fixed, I sincerely appreciated ashai being so helpful and doing all he could to rectify the problem. Amazing stay overall!

We had a great stay at this beautiful home in Huntington Beach! The neighborhood was gorgeous and a short distance from the beach. The owner was very accommodating for us and quickly responsive whenever we had any questions. The place was really clean, spacious and had the most amazing, dreamy layout! Especially loved the deck up top, great views! Would definitely stay here again :)

after some long days walking almost 9 miles in Disneyland, the hot tub was a miracle! Judy was very responsive even in later hours of the evening when we had questions. Definitely would stay here again.

This place was exactly as advertised! It was the perfect start to our family cruise vacation. It is very centrally located. The beach is very walkable. My kiddo loved the donut shop that was less then a minute walk away. We loved hanging on the porch and people watching. Kevin was very attentive and available, he was able to give us a list of things to see and so. The house was clean. The water pressure was unreal. Great house, we would 100% book again if we make it back to the area.

Enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed and in such a quiet neighborhood. We played in the parks all day and rejuvenated on our return. Felt at home.

We have been staying at Marriott Newport Coast Villas for years. It is a beautiful family oriented resort close to Orange County’s est beaches, restaurants and malls. Can’t go wrong !

Paul was very responsive and the home was so spacious and clean! The beds were comfortable and the backyard offered so much shade and seating options and the pool was a big hit for our staycation and backyard family gathering. The kitchen was well equipped and there were items throughout the house available for use that made it feel like home (cozy blankets were available in the living room and loft which was a nice touch). The layout between the kitchen, living room and transition to the backyard was perfect to keep a watchful eye on our little one at all times. Great location was able to walk to downtown Huntington to the beach to lots of activities. Great Communication with the host easy check-in. Will stay there again!

The location was perfect and convenient to go anywhere for us cause California traffic is always busy. They have whole garage set up entertainment for kid and adult we really enjoyed it. Its a big house so everyone has their own space. Great team to work with, we got quick response from host everytime.

We had a perfect stay at Damon and Julio’s Airbnb! Our nonprofit was in town for work, and this home was ideal for our team. There was plenty of space for everyone, a wonderful kitchen that was fully stocked, and thoughtful touches throughout. A fun bonus was that there were magnetiles that helped keep the toddler in our group happily entertained! The house was super clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-equipped. We felt very much at home. Communication with Damon and Julio was quick and helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend for groups or anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay!
