Cottage vacation rentals in Bala

Well where to start, a lovely place out of site where you can enjoy your vacation in private without any noises. From start to finish from the very get go, the host was on point with communication and kept us informed and posted and was always on standby if we needed him. A big shoutout to SAM the host! Had a lovely two days stay and would definitely recommend to anyone that’s looking to get a way just to relax and enjoy. The images don’t do it justice looks better in person. Will deffo recommend and will deffo be back. Thank you guys.

What a fantastic place, I'm so pleased I booked Beudy Bach Cottage for my last minute break! It was so peaceful and tranquil and just what I needed. It is in such a beautiful location. The bed is so comfortable, I slept so well. The cottage has everything you need and an added bonus of your own hot tub, and a gym. Lliwen and Paul were fantastic hosts! Lliwen searched for some vegan recommendations for me, which I was grateful for. Paul was helpful with local knowledge regarding the walks I wanted to go on. Overall, this break was perfect and I cannot wait to come back again to Beudy Bach for a bit of rest and relaxation. Thank you Lliwen and Paul!

needed somewhere to stay while visiting friends and so glad I found this little gem of a place, very spacious and comfortable, lovely garden and orchard. description was very accurate. paul was super helpful and responded to my messages super quick. the property is easy to find and is on a main road but I didn't find this an issue at all as once inside and gates shut its all secure in your own little bubble. everything you need is provided in the property and it was super spotless clean and tidy. highly recommend to anyone and those with dogs it's the perfect hideaway. lovely welcome gifts on my arrival and the heating had been put on so it was cosy and warm too. its older style furnished but i prefer this personally as it follows the feel of the cottage itself. I will definitely be returning to this wonderful cottage in the future, and wish them all the best with it too.

Perfect position to explore southern Snowdonia. The cottage is cozy and warm, and has a well equipped kitchen and had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast both days. The lounge was comfortable and the hot tub was a bonus, although I don't feel like we used it as much as we should have done to justify the cost. Two night just wasn't enough to fully enjoy the cottage and the area!

I really enjoyed my stay here! Beautiful cottage in a very peaceful area. Very close to Llanrhystud beach for a walk. The cottage had everything you needed and the bed is very comfy!

Lovely house, great location, well equipped kitchen. The local pub and shop were great. Hot tub lovely! Perfect for us and the dogs!

Lovely little place perfect for a cosy few days away. Loved the free access to more wood for fire, beautiful clear skies for star gazing and bonus it had access to an EV charger.

Our Christmas stay was fantastic. Emma even decorated the house with Christmas tree and lights. We loved that. Place is quiet, in a fabulous location. Cosy and comfortable cottage. I love the lounge with the log burner. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen equipped very well.

What a fantastic place, full of thoughtful touches (towels & blankets for the dog, lovely welcome basket of goodies) and a great place to spend a few days walking along the canal. The whole house has been beautifully renovated with underfloor heating and wood burning stoves downstairs, comfy beds upstairs, and a well-appointed kitchen with everything we needed to cook during our stay. 10/10 would recommend!

Having visited the town over the years, we were glad to be in such a convenient location. Vicki was very responsive and accommodating when organising logistics and once we were in the house there were no issues.

This cottage at the base of Snowdon is a true gem. Nestled in Snowdonia National Park, it offers breathtaking views, cozy interiors, and easy access to hiking trails. The host Chris was incredibly welcoming, and the peaceful surroundings made for a perfect retreat. Ideal for nature lovers and adventurers alike!

Great little cottage, and a great area. Only thing is the cottage isn’t detached and is connected to the host’s house and also another property just at the end of the driveway. Not a problem just didn’t realise.

I have stayed at several Airbnbs in and around Beaumaris but this is my now my favourite. The house is much bigger downstairs than it appears from the outside with several cosy couches throughout the property and it was lovely and warm. The beds were really comfortable with lovely crisp bedding. The whole house was decorated beautifully and felt like a home from home. Even though the weather wasn't good it was really nice having the outdoor space and this would be great in summer with bi-fold doors open. The Central Bakery was a 2 minute walk for fresh hot croissants and bread, the shops and restaurant were all a short walk. I managed to park close to the property throughout the stay. Hopefully next time I come to Beaumaris I will be able to stay here again!

We had a lovely stay in this lovely old cottage. Pippa had thought of everything not only for us humans but for our dog as well. The place was clean and very welcoming. The views from the back garden were gorgeous. We love Anglesey but LLandona Beach we had never been to before in all these years. Well worth the visit despite the narrow lanes.

What an absolute gem of a find in the heart of the lsle of Anglesey a cosy little cottage very homely, our host Steve made us feel most welcome and we felt right at home his wealth of knowledge both of the lsle of Anglesey and the wildlife was most helpful. Steve's meadow is a lovely little retreat to either sit and watch or explore. I really do recommend a visit at this lovely located little cottage as we will definitely be staying here again. I just like to say a thank you to Steve for a wonderful relaxing stay.

First of all a very friendly and personable host. An ideal property for a couple Cosy lounge, very usable kitchen, spacious bathroom with large shower cubicle and a good sized bedroom with comfortable bed.

spent a relaxing weekend at Anne's cottage in Ludlow. It was the coldest weekend of the winter but the house was so warm and cosy and the fire had been readied for us, we just had to light it. The cottage was spotless and had everything you need for a weekend away. Ludlow is a great place for a mini break and the town centre was walking distance ftom the cottage. as well as the town there is lots of walking in the beautiful Shropshire countryside.

Had such a welcoming and warm stay at the cat view lodge ! There was lots to see and do, and the lodge itself was beautiful and very comfortable. The hot tub was a great addition in a beautiful garden area. Looking forward to coming again soon.

Chris and Ally were wonderful hosts. Chris recommended a few places to eat when we were in different towns. You don’t just stay at their airbnb, you could easily live there. There was absolutely everything you could need to live there. Extremely well thought out and supplied. The location is just a tad off the beaten path but that is what we like. The views were spectacular. Comfortable bed and the fireplace was a bonus on the cool damp evenings. Thank you Chris and Ally for making our stay in Wales a very enjoyable one.

Ive cottage was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was ideal, close to attractions but still peaceful. Highly recommend!
