Great host!!! 🙌🏾 I will definitely stay here when I’m in the area. This place is beautiful! The neighborhood was lovely and easy to navigate. The host was a pleasure to interact with during my day.

Nachman's carriage house is a very quiet place in the hub of Philly suburbs. Very conveniently close to food, stores, parks, etc. The space is quite large and without carpets so sound inside is a bit loud. The main queen bed frame is older so it does make noise when a body shifts. A couple of table side lamps would be nice but the overhead lighting was certainly sufficient. The grounds are being renovated though we never saw workman about. The kitchen area and the bathroom downstairs are updated and really great to use. Note: full flight of stairs to get to those areas. We had to cut our stay short however, Nachman was positively responsive when we did. Everything was very clean. Which I really appreciated. We will return as it is close to our relatives in the area.

Rob and Amanda are lovely hosts and Sparrow’s Nest is a gem! Great location and the apartment was clean, thoughtfully outfitted, and quite cozy. Dedicated parking was a major plus. Would stay again!

My family had a great time at this location. The hostess is very accomodating, providing many supplies that could be easily forgotten on your trip away from home. The house is spotless and I never felt anything unclean about the place. The location is quiet and perfect for a cozy experience. We would definitely come back if we have the opportunity in the future.

Great quiet stay. The driveway was a bit confusing at first because it leads to another unit so I wasn’t sure if parking there would disturb the neighbor. Other than that the place was very clean, smelled nice and the hosts were very responsive when I had an issue with getting into the home. Will definitely stay here again when visiting.

Great, quiet place to stay!

We have two less-than-friendly dogs which has made visiting family in PA very difficult for us the past few years. Lana’s place was perfect for us and allowed us to come down for Christmas for the first time in a while! The dogs loved the big backyard and felt very comfortable inside. We loved the great central location and clean interior! It was easy to get to the highway and plenty of great parks, walks, and coffee shops close by! Will definitely be staying again to visit family and friends in the area!

Chantel's place was great. About 20 min from where I needed to go. Very clean. Looked like the picture. The bed was comfortable. The bedrooms were one flight up. The bathroom was very modern, shower was modern. She gave us enough towels and wash clothes and make up remover. She had a bottle of wine waiting for us, a nice touch. She was very responsive and quick to answer questions. Very easy to find her door and to get in. It was street parking but it was easy to find a spot.

Anthony was a great host. He was responsive and flexible during our stay. The house was nicely decorated and spacious. The location was great with private parking. I would highly recommend this property!!

Ana’s house was a perfect location to celebrate the holidays with my family.

My guest and I really enjoyed staying at Dennis's home. His home is a perfect get away spot to relax, play games, watch movies, and cozy up under a big blanket. We are looking forward to staying there again! We also really appreciate you Dennis for accepting and accommodating our last minute booking request! Angela’s place was exactly as pictured and very clean! The place is also beautiful! Her message about entry was very detailed and helpful. She had a binder with helpful information including the schedule for the trains with all available stops. We will definitely stay again!

Great stay, great location, comfy beds. One thing I would recommend is to add tv’s in the bedrooms and better WiFi.

Staying with Aunt Lulu was an absolute delight! She is incredibly warm, kind, and caring—truly a host with a heart of gold. She took such great care of my dog and made me feel completely at home. Her place is nothing short of a five-star hotel! The bathroom was spotless—better than most luxury hotels—and came with a towel warmer, a bed warmer, and every type of tea you can imagine. She even provides essentials like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and your own individual AC unit. The hospitality was unmatched. On my first night, she cooked us a delicious dinner and shared fascinating stories about her life. The bedroom was cozy, complete with a TV, and the breathtaking 180-degree view in living room made it feel like I was in both Philadelphia and New York at the same time. If you’re looking for a stay that combines comfort, warmth, and top-tier amenities, Aunt Lulu’s place is the perfect choice. You won’t regret booking with her!

The house we stayed at was great, very clean and getting in was a breeze. We were able to park around the corner all weekend and there are spaces available in close proximity. With just being us girls and not being there before the area was very walkable and we felt safe. Natasha made it very easy to get in and out of the apartment. Would absolutely go back!

Really enjoyed my stay in trolley square. Perfect location that’s walkable to local restaurants, cafes and parks. Only a 10 minute drive to the children’s hospital. The apartment was clean and felt like home. I noticed in previous reviews that there were complaints about the hot water pressure in the shower, the street parking and dogs nearby. I didn’t have any issues with the water pressure or parking. There is a dog at the neighbors place, but I didn’t notice any barking late at night. My only complaint about the apartment is that the bedroom has large windows and a door that are a bit drafty. I stayed here in the winter so that room was very cold despite the heat being on. Luckily there were many extra blankets available!

My group and I came to Philly for the Super Bowl and had a fantastic stay at Swida’s house. The place was cozy and spacious with plenty of room for our group. The house was perfectly situated right in center city and walkable to everywhere we needed to go. Swida was also a great host and super responsive. Overall, 10/10 stay and would definitely come back!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend away and to catch a concert at the Fillmore. Overall, our stay was great. It was surprisingly quiet for being in a pretty active and bustling neighborhood. I felt very safe and we walked to and from our show late at night and we did most of our travel around the area by foot. It was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated the Nespresso as I require good coffee in the morning and don’t always wanna walk haha. Two things, the water pressure in the bathroom wasn’t great. I was able to get by but it took a while to shower. The parking situation isn’t great either, we were able to park in a public lot but it cost about $30/day. There is definitely opportunity for street parking but many areas had 2-3 hour limits and the spots were incredibly difficult to come by. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in Philly. Very comfortable, safe and walkable. Go Birds! 🦅
