The apartment is clean and beautiful, and everything is organized just like in the pictures.

5-10 minutes walk from Sofia mosque w attraction, the surrounding Grand Bazaar, pier are all within walking distance.The owner runs a restaurant service himself is nice, the stairs are a little narrow, everything else is satisfactory

The most important thing for me was that it was clean, the house is very suitable for families with children, the environment is beautiful. Very clean, very meticulous behavior. We felt like we were at home. There is a balcony in the house. There was a grocery store right next door. It was nice to be close to Marmara.

Mori’s place is ideal because it’s a close walk to Istiklal street and has an elevator! There’s lots to do around and she’s very helpful and responsive with everything. Would highly recommend staying here for a great value.

The reviews that mention the view from Server's place are absolutely right! The view of the Golden Horn from the room is breathtaking! The place was clean. Server was a gracious and friendly host. The bathroom is a bit of a challenge, but the water is nice and hot and one has to keep in mind the age of the homes in Balat. It's perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. I would definitely rent this place again. 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 and two thumbs up!

If I had a home and wanted to equip it with items in the best way, it couldn't be more than that. The house has everything you need. House equipped with such thoughtfulness even left an umbrella at the entrance door as it was rainy. The service provided is far above the price. I liked this apartment last year so I stayed again for two months. Spacious, nicely decorated top floor flat with access to the roof terrace. Very quite building in the best location in Balat. Easy, short walk to buses and the ferry station. Everything works in the apartment and the marble Turkish bath is luxurious. I especially like the neighborhood because in the immediate area, near the apartment, normal, local people reside. You can experience Turkish culture instead of being in a tourist area. A few blocks away are restaurant, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. Overall, I highly recommend the apartment, the neighborhood and the host. All are superb!
