Great apartment, large, of course, large bedrooms, large living room, split air-conditioning in all rooms, easy parking space, simple check out. I lived a long time in Icaraí, and the Hamilton property has one of the best locations in the neighborhood, close to bakeries, numerous shops, beach, pharmacies, and it is still very quiet. Hamilton is a very easy-to-contact host, answers questions quickly, clear and agile all questions. I intend to return to the property the next time I return to Niterói.

My stay at the Cladia’s Flat was fantastic. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided everything I needed to feel at home. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the cozy decor and well-equipped kitchen. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay there again!

Wow! the apartment is simply amazing. It looks just like the pictures. The location is good, right in the main st in front of the beach. The building has guards so it’s very safe, and they are very welcoming. The views are spectacular you will feel like a dream. The apartment has everything you need-water, washer. The host was super nice and helped me with early and late checkout! Thanks for everything I will definitely come back!!

My stay in Raquel's flat was excellent! She was very helpful and kind in everything. The space was impeccable, super clean and organized, exactly as in the pictures. Also, the location is great, making the experience a lot easier. I recommend it to everyone and would definitely come back!

The apartment is super comfortable for 2 people , very well equipped and decorated. The only loose point is that it is not bustling perhaps for being on the first floor. But it's super recommended. Back. PD: Shirlei is super friendly, well willing and quickly answered our questions.

Could not Recommend this enough. I was originally nervous coming to Brazil but the house is located in one of the most secure places of Rio. Location is great in between both main beach’s. House itself is amazing! The hosts do talk English and generally care about your day to day activites and recommended places when asked. Privacy was respected! View from the balcony is worth every cent! I will be back!

The house was very well located, a beauty, the rooms in suíte, dining room with tv 86, the pool sector with grill and oven in len'a madura. the location is excellent, 10 mijutos away from the beach. I really like Dominique's space. The house is great, the photos depict the entire space well. Close to the beach, it is very quiet to get there on foot. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Both Monique and her husband Alexandre were extremely helpful when we need to request something. We set up a plastic pool right on the front porch for our 2-year-old son, and he loved it! We made a nice barbecue using the back space as well. It was a great stay

Check-in, and out, flexible and easy. The breakfast option at the reception of the venue, paid separately but a good option, organized and clean place, very close to the H gate of RioCentro Eventos, Host very cordial, helpful and fast!.

We split the accommodation to go to an event in the central river. The property was clean and organized the same as the common premises. We were apé to Rio Centro, it was not 3 minutes apé and has stores such as Americanas and McDonalds nearby, which helped mto

Camboinhas is an amazing place and this apartment in Oceanside has the perfect corner view to the beach. From the varanda you can hear the ocean and enjoy the sea breeze. The amenities of the condominiums are well described and exactly as the pictures. my kids really enjoyed the pool. Highly recommend.

If you’re debating on staying anywhere else, just don’t! This place was everything we needed and more! The design was incredible, and truly a cozy place to be. As excited as I was to explore the area, OBO Casa wrapped me in and made it hard to leave. Not to mention, the amount of detail that is put into this place is insane! We had everything we needed, and Joshua’s guide was incredibly helpful. Easy walk to the beach and other great restaurants, and Ubers never had a problem finding us. The entire team was very kind and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent a longer period of time in Rio and I couldn't imagine a better place. The view of the sea and the location is outstanding. Barra da Tijuca is a lively but also very safe area, and the nearby beach is the most beautiful thing Rio has to offer. The house is equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Anyone who works in the building was kind and helpful. The pool area is nicely laid out. You can swim very well in the 25 meter pool, but infants were also thought of in the system concept. On the tennis court, friends who play at a good level regularly meet and because everyone is super nice, I was allowed to play along. The place is the perfect place for sporting activities by the sea as well as just to relax. Selma, the host is very helpful and gives excellent advice on any question or interest. Highly recommend!

From beginning to end Guilherme always responded quickly and helped us in everything. Apartamento is beautiful, cozy space and matches the announcement, the condominium is perfect and I have a baby who used a lot of the condominium spaces. I'll come back more times, I have nothing to complain about , it was perfect

Timo is a great host. Since before our arrival he was already in communication, he was ready to resolve any concerns, attitude that remained throughout our stay. The apartment - its location, in front of the beach, deserves the best rating on my part - is very comfortable for two people and is properly equipped. It also has the building with a Petit Market, which is open 24/7. I definitely recommend it and will definitely look to stay there again on our next trip to Rio de Janeiro.
