We stayed in this 2BHK with my husband and two kids for 4 nights. It was a last-minute booking, close to midnight, but Mukesh was incredibly welcoming & accommodating. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials, though you'll need to bring your own groceries, including basic spices and condiments. Which can be bought from Bhat-Bhateni Supermarket nearby The house is conveniently located at the entrance of the street, making it easy to walk to some great restaurants nearby. Since it's on the 5th floor, you get a spacious balcony, which is also safe for kids. Parking is available on the street, as the other parking spot restricts access to your vehicle after 8 pm. However, with security on duty, I felt the street parking was secure. This property is very well maintained, and the host is one of the few true professional host in Kathmandu. The interior looks exactly as it does in the photos. Although it is surrounded by other houses, which might not suit those seeking complete privacy, it's definitely worth considering for its excellent upkeep and professional hosting. Recommend for stress free short term or long term stay.

Great place to stay in Patan, here for a long stay and felt right at home. Apartment has a comfortable bed, hot water, kitchen with utensils and washing machine. Area is quiet at night and host is responsive and checks everything is going well regularly. Sometimes you have noise from the hallway and some noisy neighbours but pretty normal for this type of building. Would definitely recommend!!!!!

Beautiful, large space with fantastic amenities and a wonderful, thoughtful host! Rahul really went above and beyond. The morning visit of the Monkeys from the temple with the horns playing in the background was an amazing thing to experience.

Our stay here at Sachin's was perfect. The location was peaceful and walkable to restaurants and the popular area. Sachin was a great host and very responsive and helpful. we were also welcomed by her lovely and friendly wife. The room is clean and well-maintained. I work from home so wifi speed matters to me and I can't complain about the internet speed. Long story short, worth every penny.

I only had a night stay at the hostel but i loved it. I wished i stayed longer, perhaps in the future if i were to visit Kathmandu again. Tisa who attended to us at check in was super accommodating - my friend and i reached KTH early from Pokhara after our 10 days ABC hike, and was thankfully allowed to check in early. Tisa was also very proactive in introducing the neighbourhood and gave us some food recommendations. The room was spacious as described, clean and just enough plugs. OH! just that there are no lifts, but we already knew that ahead of time. I love the place, community and people!

The property was excellently managed and truly felt like home. Its neat and clutter-free environment made our stay effortless. The host and their team were highly responsive and attentive, always ensuring everything was taken care of. I highly recommend this place to future guests :)
