Jan Fredrik was very nice and proactive in communication. He gave a lot of good information before our arrival. We didn't have to contact him during our stay, due to these good instructions. We were greeted upon arrival and got a walk-through of the house. We had a very nice stay at the house and especially appreciated that the area is quiet and private, but at the same time within walking distance to shops and public transport at Ullevål Stadium.

This is a great apartment, beautifully furnished and an excellent location - the tram stop is right outside, and made it so easy to get around. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. We had a brilliant trip!

We had a great time in Øistein's apartment. Comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you could need. It is located in a beautiful residential area, just a few minutes' walk from the metro. Øistein is an extremely kind and helpful host. If we go back to Oslo, we'll definitely contact him.

Nice place , close to everything, close to public transport . Close to Vigelandsparken Park. The apartment is nice , you can rest work , prepare a meal, the apartment is worth the price. If I have the opportunity to stay in this apartment, I will definitely be staying in this apartment. The neighborhood of Mojestrum is very nice .

We enjoyed our brief stay at Kristian’s apartment. It was a bit tricky to find the apartment and it’s up five sets of stairs (we left luggage in the car!) but we appreciated the thorough instructions Kristian gave us when he greeted us upon arrival (we weren’t used to meeting the host - that’s not really done in the US). Amenities were nice and we’d definitely stay again!

We were very glad to stay at Kirsten's apartment during our short winter city break. It was a perfect size for us (family of 4), was clean, bright with a nice view, and had all expected facilities. The location was excellent - it's about a 30 minute walk along the river into the centre of the city and to the harbour (and only 10 minutes to get to the Vulcan Arena for our New Year's Eve party :-)). There are good grocery shops and some restaurants in the local area. Kirsten was communicative without being intrusive. All in all, we recommend her apartment very highly.

I had a great week-long stay with my mom at Cera’s place. We loved the fireplace in the attic and the patio filled up with snow. It was very cozy and relaxing :) The apartment was also very clean and had everything we needed. The two adjacent parks offer a pleasant walk every morning and evening. Thanks again, Cera!

We had a wonderful week at Line's house which we found very comfortable, cosy and well-appointed. We very much enjoyed the veranda, the garden and all the red summer fruits! The house is close to Oslo with its many attractions, but at the same time situated in a nice and quiet sub-urban neighbourhood. Our host had gone to great lengths to receive us in person and make us feel comfortable. Highly recommended!

We stayed here during the Holmenkollen Skifestival in March. The ski stadium was about 40 mins walk away. The path uphill was a little challenging for our legs but the feeling we got from walking around Holmenkollen was totally worth it. The little red house itself was clean and looks exactly like in the pictures. The toilet+shower were in the main house but very close by. Anders and his wife made us feel welcome there. We loved the breakfast on the sunny balcony and felt like being part of the community/family with people living their everyday life around us. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. It felt like home. :)

Beautiful old house in a lovely, quiet area. Refurbished and tip top inside. I slept like a log in a comfy bed, and had a small lounge and a bathroom to myself in additionto my bedroom. Kristin was very nice and welcoming, and I felt like home.

We highly recommend Gry's place! Gry was out on a holiday and had her friend over to help us with the check and she was amazing! Gave us a quick tour of the apartment and also some food recommendations (that we absolutely love)! Gry was very responsive as well which made us feel welcome. Her place is beautiful and we wished we had more time there...

Beate’s apartment is an absolute gem: a comfortable, homely space set in a peaceful community neighbourhood in Oslo. It was easy to reach from the centre and is very quiet and comfortable. Even better, the airport bus passes the stop just round the corner which makes it ultra convenient for getting to or from OSL. Beate is a lovely, organised host who makes you feel right at home.
