Spending New Year's Eve in Baependi at this cottage was a wonderful experience! For those who want to escape the city and enjoy a time of calm, silence and without people It's PERFECT! It's worth preparing well for travel because access is not so simple, especially if it's rainy days like the end of the year. We don't rent a 4x4 for example. But thanks to Viviane, we parked the car in a nearby neighborhood and for a service value, they took us to the location. Otherwise, we would have stayed halfway rs Viviane and her husband have saved us countless times, they were very amazing with us. They helped us all the time to make sure we had the best experience. They called their contacts to get more barbecue meat, we bought cheeses that she produces herself, lent galoshes for long walks in the mountains, gave precious tips on the trails, and even a walk to more distant waterfalls they organized for us. I leave here our thank you very much!! <3

The place really is in a very quiet place - the place is great for socializing, very welcoming, with the necessary utensils. The sunset was a spectacle apart these winter afternoons, the evenings with coldness because it was indeed in the middle of the bush. The distance from the city is short in kms, but enough for a sense of isolation...

The stay was simply amazing! For the second time we stayed here and, even with rain, we had nothing to complain about. The farmhouse has everything anyone could need for a perfect weekend – and more! We can't wait to go back.

The weekend at Andréa and Clóvis' residence was great. Together with my children and grandchildren, we were very pleased with the structure of the residence and the various leisure possibilities it offers. Hosts are attentive and communicative people. Soon, we will return to the place, as it met all of our expectations beyond the initial one.

We were very well received by the family, the house is inside a property and has a small stretch of land to arrive, but it is well paved and can pass with any vehicle. it is well located at the entrance of the city. In relation to the house, the furnishings and utensils are sufficient for stay and not feelings lack anything. The town of baependi is a good base for tours in the region such as Caxambu (20m), the main waterfalls nearby (30m) and even from cities farther out for the turn, we went for a day tour in São Tomé and Crussel (2h trip and 1h trip respectively).

Johnatta is very kind and pleasant person. We felt very welcome in a familiar atmosphere where he did his best to answer any questions we eventually had right away. In another word we felt we were at home so easy it was to deal with him. I would stay there again if another opportunity present itself.

Very cozy and extremely well located space, top D+.

Very well located apartment. Due to the Carnival we had a bit of difficulty parking in the front and as we were with an elderly woman it made it a little difficult. We were also with a wheelchair and oxygen apparatus. The Apartment is very compact but our situation got a little tight due to the chair. Overall it was ok. Easy communication with Glória. I recommend it .

Local with lush views, for those who like nature and a little cold. Garrafão Region is excellent for exploring, waterfalls, peaks, etc. Kind, polite, and always willing to help. Impeccable Chalé, complete, with all that is needed for a comfortable stay.

Décio is a great host. We met in person, introduced us to the house and all kitchen, tv and bedrooms. The home was formidable! Great rooms with excellent mattresses, pillows etc. Everything works in the house. Fully equipped kitchen. All comfortable and very well furnished environments. Externally, the place is beautiful with a mountain view and very green. It has lake, fruit tree, animal and lake. It is truly a special place. There are dogs on the property and are very docile. I took my Yorkshire and the dogs on the property didn't have any stress on mine. I wanted to thank you and leave here my best impressions. It was the best location I've ever been by AirBnB.
