Great for those wanting to seriously workout! No gym needed. Want to lift weights? Just carry your own luggages. If not, then Nuel will assist with your luggages. He can carry 3 pieces! He will help guide you on where to find eateries. It’s such a beautiful place. The exterior area is very rundown & dirty with garbage and dog poop everywhere, given the neighbor lots are still being developed. It’s far from stores but truly perfect for beach lovers and especially skilled surfers. There is a cafe downstairs which was very helpful. Overall, it is better if you are fit and ready to conquer 100s of steps under Bali sun. Host was very responsive and house helper Nuel was always responsive anytime!

The stay was amazing and it’s a walking distance from everywhere. Definitely recommended for families. Staff was also super froendly

We had a great time at the villa. surf spot is right in front of the house. not recommended if you want to swim in the ocean, at lowtide you can do walks on the reef even to the next beaches. at hightide the waves are too strong to swimm. at least if the swell gets a little bigger. the walk to the house goes down some steep stairs, bring light suitcases. they provide help to carry your suitcase up and down the stairs. we enjoyed the restaurant right next door, amazing meals and drinks. the monkeys are no big deal, just don't leave anything outside, not even clothes. thanks for the good times!

Nadia allowed us late check out at 08:30pm without additional charge, even though I told I would pay additional cost. Otherwise we might have great difficulties because our flight departure time was midnight and we had 3 kids. I would like to express sincere thanks to Nadia again.

The stay was great! Onsite staff helped with everything we needed and were so friendly and helpful! The location is brilliant and nice and quiet. Had an issue with the stove which wasn’t fixed, slightly annoying. I do think there’s a bit of miscommunication between the people who run it that respond to messages as they were telling us different things to onsite staff, we found the online team were pretty unhelpful but in person team were great!

We loved staying in Hari’s place - fantastic location, good food near by and such a beautiful villa, full of treasures! Kitchen has everything you need and it’s a wonderful place to bring food back and relax around the large timber table. Lovely, comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Only negative was the bathrooms could be improved - they’re beautiful but don’t function very well. We spent loads of time in the pool, marveling at the lush garden and watching the tortoise. We also had regular visits from Quincy the dog, who was just adorable. We loved our stay at Villa Humbhara!

Didik and the team were excellent and the accommodation was beautiful. We were there for a family holiday and there was 14 of us. Easily accommodated us. The meals they prepared for us was amazing especially the BBQ nights! This exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend

We loved our stay in this villa! It's a little quirky with lots of cute features and beautiful artwork throughout! We loved the lay out with a huge family area perfectly layed out with huge dining table, large kitchen, somewhere to draw (which my youngest, who loves to create art loved!) and big, super comfy, oversized couches. The pool is huge and the glass front makes for some funny photos! The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Vincent met us upon arrival and showed us around. He was very open in saying make yourself at home. Use the herb garden, use anything that is fruiting, use anything in the kitchen. There was a fruit basket on arrival, which was a lovely touch! He was great with communication and lovely to deal with. Villa staff are very friendly and helpful and come in the afternoon, which is awesome if you want a sleep in or a quiet morning.

It was a nice place for a family of 8. We all enjoyed the stay, pool was amazing. Kitchen and living room was great! There are very nice yoga places and restaurants close by that are at walkable distance. Due to location and rain would recommend mosquito spray.

It was an excellent stay. The view over the Indian Ocean and the sound of the waves are soothing. The villa is stylish and gorgeous Balinese style. It is exactly as shown in the photos.　 Wayan is friendly and quick to arrange things. The helpers, Komang and Wayang, were very helpful and always kept the villa clean. When I woke up in the morning, they had fresh fruit, coffee, bread, eggs and salad for me to start my day. When I made a tablescape for my daughter, she helped me by picking flowers, buying candles and bringing items. And they prepared a special order cake for my girl. It was a wonderful birthday that we will never forget. The chef's food was also delicious. I especially recommend the seafood BBQ. Kecak at Melasti Beach was a stunning experience 10 minutes from the villa. Watching the sunset from the deck was lovely and made for a wonderful stay. We would love to visit again.

It is my second time coming with my family from Singapore. Perfect gateways, the villa is beautiful . Beautiful breakfast & massages in the villas. My 2 teenagers loved it as we can in a walkable distance go to surf. I definitively recommend

Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! Great stay in Bingin Beach! Lorraine’s place was spacious, clean, and private. It was tucked away from the crowds of Uluwatu but still close to everything. Beach was walkable, and Cashew Tree is a one minute walk and a must try. The pool was even larger than it looked in the photos, the staff on site are so friendly and attentive! Breakfast included each day was so nice, and allowed us to enjoy slow mornings before venturing out. Lorraine and her staff were so accommodating with our 6 month old baby - baby crib, high chair, and offering to hold him so we could enjoy our breakfast!! One thing to note is that the noise from the cars/scooters on the roads is fairly loud even from inside, especially in the upstairs bedroom. Of course not Lorraine’s fault but something to be aware of, especially if you’re travelling with kids or babies - the noise did wake our little one at times.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The pool was a really good size - not usual in a private villa. Loved the rooms and bathrooms - and the open lounge/kitchen/dinning space was perfect for hanging out. The staff were so brilliant, making sure we were well looked after - and the breakfasts were delicious! Special mention to Andy and Harry for being so attentive and friendly. We were lucky enough to have a late checkout, which was hugely appreciated. VERY sad to leave - but will definitely be back! Thank you!

This is simply one of the best villas you will find in Bingin/Dreamland! Its pretty much brand new and does not disappoint! We stayed as a family of 5 but it is so spacious you could easily accommodate two families! The pool area is amazing and the kids loved the swim step and pool bean bags! We run a business and had to work as well and the internet was super fast and reliable! Like all of Ulluwatu/Bingin there is some construction surrounding the area but once inside you don’t notice it! Once you get the lay of the land the location is perfect and close enough to The Cashew Tree and all our other favourites! Can’t recommend this place enough and cant wait to stay again !

This place is simply amazing! It’s a luxurious villa that’s perfect for a long stay. The furniture is super modern and comfortable, and the villa is huge! The ocean view from the cliff is absolutely breathtaking!

Nyoman went the extra yard waiting for us to arrive from a late at night flight. Was ever so helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed . Food cooked by Nyoman and her staff was fantastic ( forgot to get the satay recipe!) and accommodated the menu requirements of two hungry lads. The housekeeping ensured our rooms, living areas and dining area were always cleaned, neat and tidy. The gardener, always smiling even though it was a continuous task of clearing leaves and ensuring the pool was crystal clear. Great location, fantastic staff. Thanks again for a wonderful week in a beautiful place.

Tracy was an amazing host. Although I didn't meet her in person, she made sure her staff was always available to help me. She helped me with the check-in, arranged for someone to help me with my luggage at check-in and check-out, and was always available to talk and same goes for her staff. The place is truly beautiful and just a minute from the beach. It's perfect for couple and for single person. I really enjoyed my stay there as it was very comfortable and well organized. She even put an extra effort to ensure my stay will be comfortable as she knew I really need a week of rest. The place is located at the cliffs which means you have to be prepared for a good amount of stairs up and down to get to the street so that you can visit more of Uluwatu, but it isn't impossible and it is a good workout to keep you in shape haha There are also a few restaurants and cafes at the beach where you can eat if you don't want to go to the city. Worth every dollar! Umani Villa exceeded all our expectations and was exactly like the photos – absolutely stunning. Located within walking distance of amazing restaurants in Berawa, it was the perfect base for our family. The villa was a peaceful haven, immaculately clean, and beautifully maintained – we have very high standards for cleanliness, and this place delivered. The staff were exceptional – attentive, kind, and always ready to help. You truly get what you pay for in Bali, and Umani Villa is worth every cent. If you're considering paying a little extra for a stay here, don't hesitate – you won't regret it!

Amazing place to stay in Bali! If I could, I would've booked for few more days. Very comfortable and clean bedroom, huge living room space, very nice outdoor kitchen. Environment was also very peaceful, and parking lot was provided. The unit is also very secure, and Raka very responsive. The other staffs (security and gardener) were also very friendly and welcoming. They helped us promptly when we asked for help too! Thankyou for the solid hosting! Will definitely recommend this to my friends!
