Quality location. Exteriors are spacious and well maintained. The accommodation is in a great location to visit Florence, Pisa and Siena. The setting is very quiet and super safe for children (no traffic, the road is almost 1 km away and the path is private and secured by an automatic gate). The only small note is about the dishes, a little bit just in the number of cutlery. It's difficult to do a full day ( breakfast, lunch and dinner ) for 4 adults without turning on the dishwasher. The stay was very nice and the communication with Andrea was very easy. We would be back with great pleasure.

We stayed to visit Tuscany, strategic location, central, within walking distance of the highway, many black amenities nearby, private parking, quiet and quiet area, simply beautiful and well heated house, very spacious, very clean, practicing new! Everything was practicing new, from dishes to appliances!

Beautiful, clean and equipped with every comfort! Three apartments with independent entrances in a spectacular place with breathtaking views nestled in a very nice garden. Everything is taken care of in the smallest details. Newly remade pool, not very large but very nice and collected to share with the people you go on vacation with. Especially suitable for large groups of friends/family to enjoy a dreamy relaxation.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was very quiet and peaceful. The drive up to the top of the hill was very windy. We took our time and had no issues. The road is totally paved and accessible. It wasn’t really the weather for swimming, but our kids had a quick swim as the pool is not heated. (They still had fun) We would love to be here on a summers day, it would be even more beautiful. Cinzia met us at the petrol station and guided us to the apartment on arrival. She also gave us some local recommendations. Very friendly and helpful. We also met a couple from just outside Ghent in Belgium. They had been coming f to stay here for over 20 years, so you know it’s good if they are wanting to do that. Was a quick drive to Lucca and Pisa. So glad we found this place to stay.

We had a great time staying at Cosimo's place. The area is perfect as a base to go on trips around Tuscany and wind down in the evening. Cosimo recommended nice local restaurants in the area that we really liked and was very responsive to any questions we had. The apartment is clean and modern with a great kitchen. The sea is only 15 minutes away by car, so you can go to the beach in the morning and on a mountain hike in the afternoon. Highly recommend!

My family of 5 including an infant, toddler and teen, had the best time at il Paluffo. It is a stunning property, the natural pool is unique and refreshing, they offer a ton of activities, local recommendations, and communication was always easy. Claudia, the manager, simply the best! She recommended us an amazing public pool in the hills of Tuscany, great for kids, and suggested some of the best places to eat nearby. It felt like she always had our best interest at heart. We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to everyone we know!

Nada's place will hold a special place in my heart, it was the highlight of our trip through Italy. This is a one of a kind BnB! The cooking class with Viola and Ramondo was an unforgettable experience! Very helpful host, you could feel her love in the apartment. Generous accommodations, clean and cozy. Stunning views and though a little remote, close enough to restaurants and markets. pisa and Florence are a very easy day trip and everything from the hosts recommendations were incredible, she even saved us when I couldn't seem to book a reservation! Can not say anything negative about this amazing experience! I'll be back.

We had a very pleasant vacation at Alessio's place. The apartment is located very close to the center of Lucca and also allows you to park your car in private parking. Everything is very clean, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. We highly recommend it!
