The apartment was amazing! Great view, well-equipped (washing machine, dryer and dishwasher). It was everything we needed. We had a little problem with the internet but Alfonso was super reactive and dealt with it straight away. He even brought us a bag of oranges! (They were very sweet and delicious by the way). The water boiler has little capacity for more people to shower but that wasn’t a big issue. Would definitely recommend this apartment and definitely stay there again!

The apartment is very spacious and with a good terrace , clean and tidy , quiet pool and with a very new gym. Ramón is very kind and very attentive at all times. The only downside is that you have a walk down to the beach .

Accommodation conditioned perfectly for a weekend of 10. Clear and concise instructions. It was a detail that also provided us with chuches for our dog. The only thing, I would offer pillows instead of cushions that although they are large and fewer pillows to use. We would undoubtedly repeat.

The apartment is as described in the listing. It is clean and very well kept, comfortable and cozy. It has everything, it is fully equipped and renovated. Sara is very friendly and was always very attentive when we had some problem, she responds instantly. Very clear check-in instructions. The location is very good, it is quiet and at the same time close to downtown, super, restaurants... Several parks next door to be able to walk to the dog. The development is very well cared for. The view was amazing from the apartment, and perfect for sunbathing when the sun shone (it was November). It was a pleasure to wake up to it every day. The apartment had all we needed for a short stay and was attractive and clean. If you can manage a walk to ‘The Cross’ then a walk up hill to this apartment is fine! Hopefully we will stay again.

Great location . Quiet area with 15 mins walk to the bars and restaurants. Also a car and motorbike hire 5 mins walk away . Pool was very clean and everyone seems friendly

We liked the apartment very much, beautiful view, good location, clean, complete. Close to the boulevard and supermarkets. Villajoyosa is a nice place with lots of restaurants.

The best Airbnb in which we have ever stayed. This is a very large townhouse, thoughtfully decorated with high quality and very comfortable furniture and finishes, and more space than one would imagine compared to a traditional Airbnb listing. It is distributed across 3 floors, with 3 master bedrooms, and each with their own bathroom - we are 6 adults and it felt like we each had our own private residence. For those who like to cook, a large, open and well appointed kitchen. For those who like to drive, a 2 car garage capable of accommodating full size SUVs, and for those who like to cycle, two high quality bicycles at your disposal. Great location - next to the historical central market, and a 15 minute walk straight to the port. Very easy driving access in / out of Javea. We are very experienced travellers - none of us wanted to leave, ever! Finally, Inge is a fantastic host. Friendly, considerate and endlessly helpful. We could not recommend this place, or our host, more highly.

We spent a fantastic few days at Elena's place. The house is just like the photos and meets expectations. It has everything you need and the outside is beautiful. She has been super friendly at all times. We were very comfortable! :)

It was a great stay. the house lived up to expectations and Arno was fantastic to collaborate with. was one piece from downtown Calpe but we showed this in advance. The taxi came quickly so there was no problem. the app Glovo was amazing to have groceries delivered home to the house with free delivery. Thank you so much for a nice stay Arno, will probably be back🤩

We had an amazing time at Frederic's villa. The villa is brand new, incredibly spacious and comfortable, including the beds and bed linen, with an excellent kitchen and lounge area near the pool. It's conveniently located if you have a car; there's a large organic grocery store just five minutes away and a Carrefour Planet nearby. Communicating with Frederic and Jorge was a pleasure, and everything was excellent.

Great beach beach, close to beach Erika was very helpful and accommodating. The house convinces with the location, the design, several great terraces and the comfort. Glad to come back!
