Peaceful place, kind and available host. Definitely worth it!

Amazing place with even more amazing hosts!

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, Daria's little cottage is in good hands. But it is also a perfect place as a starting point for excursions. Pisa/Lucca is a quick ride away and, thanks to the nearby train station (Romano/St.Croce, free parking), you are in 45 minutes without stress in Florence. There's not much going on in Cerretti itself, but there's a little supermarket. You can eat well in the nearby places Buti and Quattro Strade. Daria gives wonderful tips, also for excursions, beach etc. and can be reached 24/7. A very lovely host! The cottage is lovingly decorated in vintage - Cottage - Core - style. But you also have to like that, if you expect luxury, this is the wrong place. Those who, on the other hand, love their quaint country life are in the right place. The pool was a treat after long excursions. The terrace behind the house is wonderful for long summer evenings, also Wi-Fi works there. Otherwise, there is everything you need - plenty of dishes, basic amenities, bedding. Like I said, the wonderfully warm hostess takes care of dedication. Value was top notch!

I had the pleasure of staying in a really great apartment. From the entrance, the atmosphere is welcoming and attention to detail. The modern decor blends perfectly with stylish design touches, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances, perfect for those who love to cook even on vacation. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds that guarantee a refreshing sleep. The bathroom is also modern and equipped with all the necessary amenities, with a spacious shower and soft towels. One of the highlights is the location: the apartment is located in a quiet area but at the same time close to the main points of interest, with supermarkets, restaurants and public transport easily accessible on foot. The owner was extremely helpful, ready to respond to our every request and to provide useful tips about the area.

One of my favorite AirBNB experiences. Marco and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts - Lorenzo met us at the door and showed us around. We had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks as a welcome gift. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room quite large. The 2 bathrooms were a godsend, as I was traveling with my 18 year old niece, and she definitely enjoyed the privacy. We made good use of the washer and dryer, as we were halfway theough a 2 week trip. I loved every bit of my stay - not one thing I would change. Simply wonderful!

This was a breathtaking area. The photos don't do it justice, beautiful in each and every direction. Upon arrival we were in awe of the views and that remained for each and every day at the property. There's secure parking for your car, which we appreciated. The property was very clean and homely, which made it easy to settle into. Norma and her family were an absolute pleasure to deal with and provided us with lists of great recommendations. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy some spectacular views or need a base for an adventure in Tuscany, look no further!

well maintained house, equipped with everything you need and well-kept garden with hammock to relax . Surrounded by the greenery of a quiet village 5 minutes from the beach, in 2 minutes with bikes available. Elena and her sister Valentina are very kind and helpful. Thank you and see you soon

This small old house in the 12th-13th century medieval village is tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. We think the two bathrooms are a big bonus, it was very useful for us. In addition, we would highlight the equipment of the kitchen and the quality of the bed mattresses.The host lady lives right next to the accomodation, a few steps away, which gives security. She was very flexible and patient with our late arrival. You can only park a little further from the house, but it seemed safe and a short walk would not hurt.Overall, we recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic stay.
