Top cottage with a great view. We enjoyed the stay, even though the weather was modest most of the time. Due to the spaciousness in the house, we did not get too much on the pelle and everyone had their space. The terrace is very nicely laid out with views of the valley and the hot tub was the highlight. The communication with Lara and Markus went smoothly and you never had to wait long for a response. If we were to be in the region we would come back!

How glad we chose this house. A quiet area, home with intimacy. And everything about the house of an excellent quality, very comfortable, cozy, cared for even the smallest detail and super clean.

If you don't need a modern, stylish apartment, you'll get everything you need here. Great amenities with lots of charm and space, a beautiful landscape with tranquility and a mega great landlord who also likes to give tips for the area. We felt very comfortable.

We stayed in the house with 2 families as well as children. I can say that even in winter a nice time can be spent in the complex. It was a lovely quiet area. In the garden area, the children were able to occupy themselves well. Shopping facilities have also been available nearby. Communication with the host was always impeccable. In the future, we will definitely come back here and can therefore highly recommend this facility.

Helpful and clear instructions from Franziska meant we found the place easily, knew where to park and how to obtain the key. The house was very clean and as described. Everything we needed for our stay including a fan, which was needed in the 31degree heat. View of lake from balcony is lovely. Wi-fi is excellent. Location: Walkable to Spar shop and the Badi where you can swim, also Arrenenberg Castle and Lago Mio restuarant which is lovely. Easy to get to Konstance for boats on the lake and great restuarants - we liked the burgers at Tonic. Daytrips- Rheinfalls, Pfander and Insel Mainau are all worth a visit, but go early in summer as very busy. Overall we loved our stay.

We had a previous education in Trossingen. We found this apartment and it was perfect for us. The host was very friendly and communicative. He showed us around and he was waiting for us. Check-in was flexible which was very pleasant for us. The apartment has everything we need. Thanks a lot!

Perfect place for a group vacation

This is a clean and well designed central apartment. It’s within an attractive building and it is modern, comfortable and secure. It is within easy walking distance of the lake and all the amenities Konstanz has to offer. Its location is ideal if you are arriving by train. Michael, the host, is friendly, responsive and helpful. Arrival and departure instructions are clear and concise. We would recommend this place if, like us, you are a couple who plan to visit Konstanz for a short stay.

Alice and Boris's apartment is very pleasant, clean and well-equipped. It is located a little outside of Überligen, minutes from the center. Inside the apartment, it was very quiet (in summer, outside, however you can hear the traffic from a fairly busy road). We highly recommend this modern rental.

We had a great stay at Harald's! The apartment is very cozy, always cool even in high heat and in a great location. With breakfast on the sunny terrace, the day starts wonderfully. The hike to the Todtnauer Wasserfall starts just at your doorstep, you can refresh yourself in the outdoor swimming pool just a stone's throw away! Harald was very friendly, gave us many tips and was also flexible with our late arrival due to a breakdown! Thanks for the great holiday!

My stay in Freiburg was perfect, thanks to this beautiful apartment. The location is great, the place is clean and Dorothea is a great host. I had a very nice month! Would definitely recommend.

Weekends with friends. The place was ideal for us. It had 3 bedrooms and a nice , spacious living-dining area. We felt very comfortable!

The appt is a spacious and light space. The kitchen is complete and clean. The bathroom is neat and well utilized. We loved the availability of extra pillows, play mattresses and blankets for the kids to build a fort. The master bedroom was spacious, good mattress and had a fantastic view on the mountains. The hosts were very kind, nice and easy to interact with. We loved it and hope to come back again.

Gabriela was very kind. She drove us from the train station to the house on arrival and back on departure. She allowed us to stay until evening to wait for our train. We were pleasantly surprised by the free breakfast, coffee and tourist card which allows free use of public transport and museums. I recommend this host and house! ❤️

Verena and Rudi were personally picked up and dropped off at the train station, the room was spotless, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the bathroom and bedding were completely standard for a five star hotel.We didn't know much about the waste sorting in Switzerland and the Verena handles demonstrated to us.Rudi had a bonfire for us every night and it was romantic and warm.The house is in a unique location, out the door to the right is the walk along the Rhine River, about 40-50 minutes to the Rhein waterfall.To the left is the forest walk, 1h and a half hour to the Rheinna monastery church, beautiful.Unfortunately, it was only 3 days, so it should be a few more days.Verena and Rudi envisioned us very well and even drove us to coop to buy.We will come back again.Wish Verena and Rudi in good health and happiness and greetings from Yusha and Shangmin!

We stayed 5 days at Lina's place to visit Constance and its surroundings, the location of the apartment was perfect, we were 5 minutes from the lake and 15 minutes walk from the city center, close to the roads to get out of the city, the basement garage was perfect for leaving the car. The apartment is very well designed, the living room is spacious, the bedrooms too. The two bathrooms with toilet are nice, everything was perfectly equipped and clean. The residence is very quiet, even for the New Year period when we were there. I would definitely recommend this place, we will be happy to come back.

The apartment is in a very quiet location in a beautiful house. The apartment offers a lot of space, a very harmonious decor and a mega well equipped kitchen. We felt immediately comfortable with our two boys (5&8 years). The communication was very prompt and accommodating. We stayed in the apartment for a week in the fall, where the heating was in operation. The oil taste was a bit in the apartment, but only in the hallway. In the bathroom, it smelled very strict, but it has a window, so you could also ventilate again and again. Thanks for the wonderful week at the lake!

It was a very friendly and open communication with Elena from the beginning. Elena is a woman with special charisma; I was very happy about our meeting and the interesting exchange. The reception was friendly and carefully planned. The place is clean, bright, and friendly; it was exactly as described. Actually, the apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos, because it has a special vibration. The apartment even has a parking space in an underground car park with entrance directly in the house. Overall a hit. I'd love to come back!

I only slept there for one night, but was very satisfied with the comfortable bed. Everything was very clean and Sofie left a small welcome on the dining room table. Should I come to Albstadt again, I would book the apartment again.😊

We ( 2 families with child 5 & 6 years ) stayed at Gerhard's place over New Year's Eve. In the large place we had plenty of space, it was very clean and equipped with everything you need ( and much more ). The boys had an extra game room in which there were also more than enough toys. The highlight was the wooden railway :). For us adults, the tiled stove was a very nice place to linger. Gerhard is a very nice host. He personally welcomed us and showed and explained the whole house to us. He was very responsive to questions. He also gave us many tips on what to do around the area. The location is great, you are in Konstanz in about 30 minutes and Switzerland is also a few minutes away. We were able to make the check-in and check-out flexible. We would definitely come back.
