We chose this space to enjoy a cozy Christmas with friends, and it exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable for four people. Communication with Maria was smooth and friendly, making the entire experience even better. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, the neighborhood was peaceful, and getting there was a breeze. It was truly the perfect setting for our holiday celebration. Highly recommended!

Mat takes his host job seriously with attention to detail and tidiness around the house and grounds. It’s a peaceful comfortable retreat with a bus stop close.

We had the pleasure of spending 5 days in an impressive villa. The location was quiet, ideal for a relaxing break. The villa itself was spacious, modernly furnished and immaculately clean. Particularly noteworthy are the spacious pool area and the beautiful terrace, which invite you to spend relaxing hours.

We had a 3 perfect days at Dirks house. Cleanliness, location, facilities like pool, sauna, smart TV, overall quality og the house were amazing. As a family, we had everything we needed. Thank you, Dirk.

The stay was great , Marcella is a very nice person and always asks if everything is okay. The house is in a quiet environment, has a very nice garden . I would give Marcella's apartment but especially Marcella ten points, she is a great hostess. I recommended the house to many friends.

We had a great stay! The appartment was very nice, comfortable and superclean! The beds were also very comfortable and we had a good night sleep. We were traveling from Hungary to The Netherlands and staying one night in this appartment was really great and convenient.

we have been in Europe changing almost monthly for two years and this has been by far the best accommodation in our price segment so far. Compliment to Katrin. We felt very comfortable. A tour of Osterburg is recommended by the way and there are rather friendly people living here. Highly recommended for a small change of scenery for the whole family - but we also enjoyed it for two. A secret tip!

It was the perfect stay! All we needed was a peaceful place surrounded by nature and we got all that while being on a busy schedule visiting family and attending events in this area. We brought our dog and cat and they loved the spacious home for 3 nights and didn’t want to leave. The best part is the sunroom with view to the water and the garden fully fenced so the dog could roam too. We actually got engaged at this property and will forever be in our memories. We absolutely loved staying here! Gorgeous and unique house, tastefully decorated and nestled amongst the trees in beautiful surroundings. Perfect for families (we were two) and a paradise for children, loads of toys, a tree house, sand pit, rabbits and more. The hosts were very communicative and responded very quickly when we had any questions. They also recommended us the BEST neighbourhood on Halloween, and we were hugely impressed by the effort Berliners in this area put into the holiday! Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We spent a week in the house as a family of five and felt very comfortable. Everything you need is there, we have nothing to complain about. On the contrary! The surroundings are very quiet, the swimming spot right around the corner is great and the connection to the city is also great. If we are back in Berlin we would definitely want to come back! :)

We were completely satisfied. The house was equipped with everything you could wish for. Whether washing machine, a great fireplace that provides cozy warmth, a nice fruit basket and in case you arrive Saturday evening without food, even a small breakfast with fresh eggs from the own chicken coop, homemade jam, coffee and many more were provided. All in all, everything you need to feel good is thought of. We definitely recommend it 100% and will book it again.

Had a great weekend in front of the fireplace with a walk around the lake. Perfect for those who want to escape the city without spending a lot of time on the way. Great set up and good amenities! Heidi was always available and very friendly.

Great holiday home! We booked Katrin's house for 9 days to join the family who lives nearby. Katrin welcomed us warmly with a Frenchman without fail! The house is well laid out, tidy and tastefully decorated! Real hardwood floors that make the charm of the house, but that cracks a little. The bed consists of two 90-width mattresses, so it is very large but a little too firm compared to what we are used to. We were a couple with two young children. For the smallest of the two Katrin set up a real crib and not just an extra bed, it was great! The shutters were the only items that were a little “painful” because they are old and difficult to lower, climb or stabilize at a height. You are at the entrance to the forest and a 3 min walk to the S-Bahn S2 and a bakery with fresh breads every morning, even on holidays. Katrin lives next door and makes herself available quickly!

I really enjoyed the break at the place. The little garden was excellent for the dog. The heating of the oven has given a cozy and cozy background through its crackling. I was very happy and happy to come back!

Carola's place was a great place to stay. It was extremely walkable to the train and grocery stores, and the neighborhood itself was a nice place to walk around and had a fun playground for kids. The place looks exactly like the pictures. I was a little concerned at first that the kitchen is relatively small and there's no living room -- this might be a bit of a problem if you plan to spend most of your time at the house, but if you're out and about all day, then it's not a problem. There's also a nice outdoor space you could make use of if the weather is nice. Carola herself is great, she was extremely helpful in finding any items we needed to make our stay more comfortable, even tracking down a high chair when we needed one.
