The place in perfect condition, easy to get to and offers all the amenities they detail, it is not necessary for them to go by car because below the apartment passes the tram. Super relaxed place except for some pigeons that we didn't know where they were there was no noise or hassle, the apartment gives you all the facilities it describes and also helps you with a reliable taxi. Finally a better stay than expected I would stay again without a problem.

A good place to stay with the family, economic, comfortable, elegant, cozy, safe, pet friendly and the very good host, always ready to help and a nice welcome gift. Highly recommended

The apartment is beautiful and is a great size. Checking in was super easy, the guards are all so friendly, and the host is very responsive. It includes everything you could possibly need, and the large balcony is the perfect place to relax. The neighborhood is very walkable with a lot of restaurants and bars. El Centro is only minutes away. Our family really enjoyed our month long stay.

Leonardo was super vigilant in helping us by giving us tips on places. The apartment was very nice and cozy the neighborhood very quiet and safe with places nearby. We recommend the stay

Very good place, super comfortable and complete. We felt right at home, the quiet neighborhood and park in front of the house was great for the kids.

This was one of the BEST places we’ve ever stayed in. My family and I absolutely enjoyed it—we celebrated Christmas there and the place was absolutely gorgeous. The rooms, the dining room, the living rooms, the playroom, the patio, and every single space in the house was spotless. We cannot say enough how awesome our stay was—thanks to Paulette for being an awesome and very responsive host.

An excellent experience! The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for rest. The place was sparkling clean and well equipped. Edgar, the administrator, was very attentive and always willing to help. I would definitely go back. 100% recommended!

the apartment was exactly as listed. pristine and all amenities mentioned. its walkable and most attractions are within a 15 min walk (some uphill and steps involved) but dont fret. most cab rides from this location are $2.50 dollars at most. very well located. amazing and responsive host. Definitely recommended ☆☆☆☆☆

this apartment is the perfect location. we were able to walk or even catch a taxi to our desired locations with ease. this location is surrounded by all of the amenities you could desire. the apartment was spacious and clean. we definitely appreciated to park our vehicle.

A few handoffs in communication as we moved in, but the place worked and we got help with the things we needed help with. The main bed is very hard, so we switched mattresses with the other bed.
