Elnara was a wonderful host. The space is very cute, super clean, and exactly as described. Apartment had all amenities provided. Elnara was very accommodating with our requests and we had an absolutely wonderful time. The apartment is close to city attractions with a walkable and beautiful neighbourhood. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a private, convenient, and hospitable stay in Baku.

Hi, My name is zeeshan i stay there for around one week this apartment was very cozy and comfortable and the view was also perfect. It was not far away from city and metro station we can find anything by walking distance. On top of the the host MR SAMIR he is a very good and easy to going guy i suggest you all if you like comfort and peace you should stay there. Thank you

The apartment was exactly how I expected it, clean, cozy and very fair for the price I paid. I spent the whole period there and it almost felt like home. Shout out for the host who has been super responsive and helped me with all my requests and questions. :)

Elmin's place was absolutely wonderful! We had a fantastic time during our stay. The accommodation was beautifully furnished, spotless, and offered a stunning view from the balcony. It truly felt like home. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials we needed. Elmin is an exceptional host—very communicative, quick to respond, and attentive to our needs. He even suggested a great itinerary for local sightseeing. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and I would definitely recommend his place to all my family and friends. I can't wait to stay here again on my next visit to Baku!

The flat was super clean, beatuifully maintained. The location is also increadible having nizami street, baku eye, carpet museum, deniz mall, maiden tower and other places at a walkable distance. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Baku.

We had an amazing stay at Lidiya’s apartment! The space was absolutely beautiful, incredibly spacious, and had such a cozy, homey feel to it. The toilets were also very spacious and spotless, which was a big plus. The downstairs balcony offered a remarkable view that we enjoyed every day. The location? Literally the best—so convenient and central. Lidiya herself was a fantastic host, always helpful and attentive. We had a couple of minor inconveniences during our stay, but she insisted on her husband coming over promptly to fix them, which we really appreciated. One thing to note is that the initial walkway to the building looks a bit old and dodgy, which gave us a questionable first impression. However, once we stepped into the apartment, we completely forgot about it—it’s that good! 100% would recommend this apartment to anyone, and we’d book this flat again without hesitation—100 times over!

The building is protected by security 24/7🤩. Apartment is on the 8th floor floor. The apartment is as atmospheric and comfortable as in the pictures. There is a high internet speed. Since I stayed there, there were no problems. The host of the house was very helpful and always ready to help😍. I recommend this apartment with a pure soul to all subsequent guests♥️

I would like to thank to Tamerlan for making my trip to Azerbaijan enjoyable. There were a couple of issues, one of which was a not so accurate address listed on Airbnb during check-in. To avoid any confusion, make sure to contact Tamerlan for the exact block name so you can find the correct location it’s Block 9, down the cul-de-sac. We encountered a few issues, such as noise from the neighbours children banging and shouting and some problems with the gas not working. However, Tamerlan went above and beyond to resolve these issues quickly and ensure a comfortable stay to the best of his ability. He is a very welcoming, friendly, and open-minded person who is always ready to help and meet new people.The flat itself is well-equipped for long-term stays, with high ceilings and all the necessary amenities. It’s only a 10-minute walk (at most) to the metro. Additionally, there are multiple corner shops and supermarkets walkable from the property. Thank you for everything!

The apartment have the best location ever it is really in the city center of baku it will take from you only 2 min walking to Nizami street. The apartment is very clean, i enjoyed the music collection and the bedroom view was very nice. I am coming back to Baku and will stay in the same apartment next time I really recommend it for you guys
