Amazing place to stay. So peaceful and beautiful area. The house is fantastic and hot tub is a great extra to look out over the water and at the stars. Wallace was great and was there as we arrived to show us all we needed to know and made himself available if we needed him. Would absolutely recommend this place to book for anyone looking for a lovely time away!

Andrews place is beautiful and spacious. Great for a group of people. The amenities and the place hold up to the expectations and I would definitely visit again!

We had a great time at Elizabeth’s place. The house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. Fantastic communication from the host - she is so friendly and accommodating. The house is spotless. Easy instructions and a great location. 10/10 - one of the best air bnbs we have stayed at. Would definitely recommend and we would love to come back. We had a fantastic stay with all our family at this house! The house itself was absolutely perfect for our large group. Very clean and had all the amenities required! High chair and travel cot provided (have to take your own mattress which wasn’t a problem). The games room was a hit with everybody and the kitchen was the hub of the weekend 🥰 beautiful area and beautiful sea views from the living room. The house is big enough that everybody still has their own space but can also come together and relax in the one room too 😁 My brother & sister-in-law have already booked again for December for another family holiday! Really good price for what you get compared to some other establishments who are much more expensive (and probably not half as nice)! Thanks for a great stay 😁

Amazing location, nicer than the photos show. It was very clean and tidy, couldn’t ask for more. We had a faulty iron but was replaced immediately. Margaret was a fantastic host! And would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Scotland.

“Dunella” is a lovely, easy to find cosy cottage on the Main Street. Lots of on-street parking. We celebrated Christmas here and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was very welcoming, comfortable and well equipped in the kitchen. The games room was good, a bit cold - but to be expected this time of year. Hot tub was a bonus for a few extra pounds. Beds and linen were comfortable and towels also provided. The rooms throughout are very homely and beautifully decorated. It is on the Main Street and does have local pubs and restaurants nearby so noise is to be expected but it wasn't a nuisance. Meg was a very communicative host, and it was lovely to meet her just as we were leaving to thank her and compliment her on her lovely holiday home. Happy Holidays…

Probably the nicest place we stayed at in Ireland. It is a long way from downtown Belfast, but if you have car, a very doable one. The hot tub was AWESOME and the place super nice. This would be a perfect spot for a long weekend with family or a few friends. Regret not being able to stay longer and soak it in. Super quiet and peaceful neighborhood too, so it was nice to explore the hustle and bustle of Belfast and then have a quiet space to escape too. Beds were super comfy and I slept great.

Just had a fabulous weekend away as the first of my sixtieth birthday celebrations. could not fault the accommodation for anything, so clean, welcoming and well equipped. Perfect place to chill out have a great catch up with old friends. thank you so much

We stayed as a group of 8 and could not rate our stay high enough! The area was stunning and private, the villa was spacious and comfortable and our host was attentive for the entire duration of the stay. We cannot wait to book our next stay and hope to make it an annual trip! 12 out of 10!

Beechwood house is a fantastic house for a gathering. It’s in a beautiful setting with lovely open views. The house is large yet homely (in the British, good sense) . It’s well equipped from the kitchen to entertainment. Nick has really thought of everything. We loved the sitting room style, had fantastic dinners in the grand dining room and enjoyed the gorgeous views from the show stopping windows. We found Nick extremely helpful and he answered my many questions quickly and in detail including some local suggestions such as a yoga teacher. He met us at the house and this was appreciated as he showed us around and explained the essentials. We also enjoyed the hot tub which was spotlessly clean and so relaxing. There is a lovely walk from your doorstep too. Thanks Nick. We had a wonderful time .

Spent a lovely time over Christmas... nice walk to the town along a promenade type path (dog loved the pebbled beach). Great views over the water, lovely big dining table for us all to get together for dinner, enough space for us all to do our different things ...and enjoyed a couple of dips in the hot tub at the end of a fun day! Didn't travel too much around the area, but Dunoon itself was nice and took a walk round nearby puck's glen which was worth the visit if you like country walks All in all, great place to stay Thanks Cam

Had a lovely week in Balloch, the accommodation was stunning and everything we could have wanted! The hot tub and the stunning views were a highlight! Would definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay for a family celebration, great open plan kitchen, living, dining and garden lovely for spending time altogether. Flexible bedrooms - able to make one a twin. Clean, well equipped and luxurious feel. Two full bathrooms. Street is quiet, feels safe and parking easy, no shops, cafes, bars etc. within close walking distance. Bus or Uber both easy to get into city centre and was nice to escape the hustle and bustle after a day sightseeing and at the festival. Suspect price was higher due to time of year and compared to other properties we viewed were very happy we chose this one. Rachel was very prompt with communication, instructions, restaurant recommendations and help when required.

Tommy’s place was a truly remarkable experience. We had a large group of 8 adults and 4 children and the house was spacious enough for all of us as well as still cozy so we could spend time with one another. The house is located within walking distance to the train station, the beautiful Loch as well as other tourist spots. It was also easy to commute to Glasgow, Edinburgh as well as explore Balloch. I would definitely recommend this place for people who want to spend some time exploring Scotland. Thank you Tommy for being a fantastic host!

We were a party of 11 guests with 3 dogs. The house was perfect for all of us. Large living space and separate dining room. The pool table and hot tub were enjoyed by everyone in our party. The kitchen had wveryrhing we required. The views from the house were amazing. The location of the house was perfect for Loch Long, Loch Fyne, Loch Lomond and many more. The Reat and be Thankful was very close as was Inverurie. Nicola and James were amazing hosts. Their communication was excellent and their home welcoming. Overall, our stay was perfect and the house met the needs of our large family for our annual get away. Thank you!

James was a great host. The place was nice and clean, and the good location made it even better. The convenience of the location added to the overall experience, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Louise was very attentive to our needs and even gave useful information on local food, fast response with any questions I had. stayed for 3 nights with son and brothers and was spectacular. we all loved it, so warm and peaceful with beautiful views. kitchen was equipped with everything I needed I love cooking, was books and cards to keep entertained. hot tub was fabulous even in the rain. Beautiful location. Very peaceful. Cabin very comfortable and cosy. Great walks and views and a reasonable distance from day trips (eg Oban). A loch at your doorstep; great for a dip. Great spot for stargazing when clear. Really enjoyed our stay!

This was our second time at the dark sky retreat, first time we tried the Yurt and this time we thought we'd upgrade to the cabin. Definitely worth it. We love the peaceful surroundings, and the hot tub is a treat. Friendly hosts and friendly animals, we felt fully at ease.

We had such a wonderful 3 night stay. From the beautiful sunrise countryside and ocean views on a morning, to the stunning starry night skies in the hot tub on an evening. Phil was very friendly and helpful with showing us around. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

This place is a hidden gem. Rosie and Jim are excellent hosts, they made our stay incredible and we had the most wonderful new year. The house is better than in pictures, the surrounding fields and beautiful landscapes are truly incredible. We had a great stay and would love to come back!

Excellent location for peaceful escape and to have a family celebration. Short drive to town centre. Maginficent set up for entertaining and very spacious for all our needs. 6 adults and 2 kids. Will be looking to return for a summer break very soon.
