Had a great stay. Plenty to do and see on the Isle of Man. Great to be so close to the sea and some good pubs and places to eat. Cottage was lovely, tastefully decorated and very homely. Had a really relaxing time and everyone we came across was very friendly. We were also incredibly blessed with the weather. Fab week.

We spent the last week at the Hot Tub by the Waterfall and can't recommend it enough. Tim was a perfect host, great communication and so helpful and kind. The house was lovely, so well set out, with tvs in bedrooms if needed, the showers were so nice to use and such comfy bedding which was lush after a busy day visiting the areas nearby. The hot tub was amazing, with a beautiful outside area, sitting in the hot tub with the sounds from the nearby waterfall and weir, just under the moon, perfect! Also, the view from the bedrooms of the trees and waterfall, stunning! We all really enjoyed our stay and we had family visit for a bbq who were also impressed with house and facilities. We would happily book again!!!

WOW what a week we had at the lighthouse - A sheer wondrous spectacle standing proud on the headland as we sailed into the harbour ! We were met by Nikki at the house who has been fantastic throughout our stay. The house was absolutely brilliant with incredible views from every window! It was remarkably spacious and room for everyone beautifully decorated and well equipped - we wanted for nothing and had to pinch ourselves that we were staying there it was such a privilege! Nikki, Richard and the team went above and beyond to welcome our family and we really appreciated everything ! We had a glorious week of sunshine but it’s a place that gives you drama whatever the weather ! The dolphin jumping clean out the water while we were looking out of the kitchen window was a sight to be hold! We had family from 6 years to 69 and all had a phenomenal holiday - we hope to return - it’s a great base to tour the IOM - so many memories made in a really special unique place - Awesome!

My husband and I spent a month at Amadeus and really loved it. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The apartment comes with weekly cleaning in case you are staying for multiple weeks. It is also convenient to a small grocery store. The location made it easy for us to walk everywhere. A larger grocery (WineRite) is about a 10 minute walk. It is easy walking distance of downtown Douglas, the Promenade, and bus transportation. The area does have some streets that are sloped, so you need to be able to walk up these modest hills. We are older and were able to manage quite easily. There is a lovely park across the street, and a restaurant at the end of the block ( Arrandale House) which offers breakfast and dinner for the Aranndale hotel guests and as well as drop in diners. The owners are delightful and will accommodate special requests. The owners of Amadeus House were very responsive to any requests or issues with the apartment. We highly recommend Amadeus House.

Lovely stay with loads of space for our family of four plus dog. Great spot very close to beach and shops, but peacefully tucked away. We went on some fabulous walks straight from the door, and then enjoyed relaxing on the comfy sofas. We didn't have a car, and the buses (and steam train) were handy and reliable, just a couple of minutes walk away. Very clean and tidy. Thanks!

It was so lovely, we decided to come back to Lynnes house and stay longer on the island. The house was in a brilliant location and had everything we needed too. It really is a home from home. Not to mention how spotlessly clean the house was. We had a fantastic time, thank you for letting us stay!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage, lovely warm home with a brilliant log burner and the hot tub was amazing on a cold day with beautiful views over the hills - we would love to return!
