Had a really great stay. All rooms were clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Lovely view and very peaceful. The garden was private and a great place to chill out and star gaze. Silvia is a fantastic host.

Excellent place for a family stay after a long journey. Will be back again on the way home!

We really enjoyed our stay. Pretty and quiet area but with some walkable restaurants/pubs and train station. Enjoyed exploring Oxford for a day and going to the Cotswold Safari Park. The house was beautifully clean and well equipped with all we needed. The bed was comfortable and the cabin is tastefully decorated. Really felt a treat staying there, especially with the crisp bedding and nice toiletries. Helena and Martin were very welcoming to us but also didn’t intrude, just what we like. Thankyou.

Fantastic cottage. Felt very luxurious and private. Nicky made sure we had everything we needed. the spot felt very private and had great views. We especially enjoyed The Bull Pub which was recommended.

A repeat stay for us. Always a pleasure! The freshly baked bread was one of many lovely touches. Very cosy. Always perfectly clean!

Amazing stay at the Hayloft. So peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Much more spacious than we expected. Tastefully furnished. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed for breakfast the morning after arrival. Thoroughly recommend!

The little house was safe and quiet. Location was fantastic. After a long day in town you can return on the Tube and see the gate as you get out of the station. You are instantly home.

Always a great place to stay when we are in the area! This is now our 4th time here! Great host, lovely food and snacks always makes it a fantastic stay!

Put simply Nigel's place is just amazing... everything was as described/looked in the pics and beyond. Comms with Nigel were brilliant...there was no stone on turned to say the least. The treats that Nigel left us were first class and a really nice thoughtful touch... would really love to know where the grapes were from?... actually delicious... we will be back for sure... Laura's place was absolutely beautiful! The check in was smooth and easy and Laura was quick to respond to queries. The surroundings were breathtaking and my partner who enjoys photography got lots of lovely photos. The house itself was clean, bright and well presented. It had everything we needed for our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our staycation/weekend getaway at Mel’s place with our dog. Everything was as described in the listing and we felt at home straight away. Mel was super helpful when providing information on local walks, pubs, restaurants, shops etc. I would highly recommend Mel’s place to family and friends for a cozy and peaceful getaway, likewise would stay again if in the area. Had a great stay- Amy was very reactive to a small problem and very accommodating and friendly. Our kids loved the pool table and her dog Frank, who was a doll. The location is great and we felt it very private even though it is in the back end of a residential property. Everyone was comfortable and had a great stay overall. Would definitely stay again if back in the area.

We've stayed at the annex twice and enjoyed every moment of our stay! Claire and Penny were excellent, kind, and attentive hosts, and really looked after us. The annex was warm, cosy, and clean, and in a very peaceful and idyllic location. It was perfect for us as my wife is currently undergoing cancer treatment and was having radiotherapy at a nearby hospital, so it was important for her to be able to relax in the annex. Penny made us a delicious cake - for our first week she made a gorgeous banana cake which was devoured, and for the second week we had a tasty ginger cake! Claire also put some food in the fridge for us which was included in the price, and catered the food to dietary requirements. There is a walking trail next to the annex, so if you wanted some fresh air and a little walk, you cam go for a nice stroll. The annex is in very close proximity to the Harry Potter Studio tour, Watford, and London, so is a perfect location to stay if you want to go exploring!

I never actually stayed as we had a car accident enroute and had to be recovered home, so never made it. The reason for 5 stars is that despite the cancellation policy saying no refunded Salem gave all our money back which he didn't have to do contractually. But really appreciated that its was very kind and as such he must be a good guy, so suggest his property is hence 5 stars. The one thing i would say, Salem, you need to respond more timely to messages on the chat, that would really help Thank you

I booked Cara's air bnb, whilst waiting for my newbuild to be completed. On our first meeting, she was so friendly and on understanding my disability,instantly made changes that made the accommodation more assessible and comfortable. She helped me move in and checked in on me, to make sure if I had settled in or if needed anything. The accommodation had everything I needed, was cleaned and bedding changed regularly.

Absolutely lovely stay at this location. Leor was very friendly and the whole check in, check out and general stay was very smooth. Such a cosy annex, definitely great for young couples! Would definitely recommend to people looking to explore London as it is close to the Edgware high road and station, which is easy access to the northern line.

The place was absolutely beautiful and very easy to access and get in. The view of the chickens and other animals from the bed was absolutely spectacular and we loved waking up to it every morning. I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely book again if I’m back in the area!

Great communication, Andrew responded immediately and was very friendly and accommodating. Directions were very clear and we found The Duck House easily in day light. Andrew met us on arrival offering assistant at anytime throughout our stay. Walking into the accommodation we knew we had chosen well, what a great little find. Everything was very clean and organised and finished to a very high standard and with all that we needed and more. The welcome pack was a very nice touch and meant I didn't need to pack anything from home (apart from conditioner) There is a main chain Superstore 8 minute drive away which houses a coffee shop and pharmacy and it was a 25minute drive to Redbridge Park and Ride to visit wonderful Oxford. We would definitely stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends. Thank you so much Andrew & Hilary.

Excellent stay in this peaceful spot. We felt right at home. Cosy bed and it was perfect size accommodation for me and my dog Tiggs. Gardens were beautiful and so peaceful. In the morning it was so idyllic. Victoria was a fab host and super friendly. The cake on arrival was gorgeous and even offered me a cooked breakfast. Highly recommend and would stay again!

I stayed here whilst on a course and it did not disappoint! The place was immaculate and even though there’s no kitchen there is a microwave and kettle and fridge. Christine is an amazing host and is so so attentive! Highly recommend.

Brenda and Manuel are great hosts, very hospitable and the communication with them was a bliss! The cabin was also clean, nice and private and I enjoyed my time in it very much. Thank you for hosting me.

We had such a wonderful stay with our 8 month old baby. Karen was so helpful with her flexibility, responsiveness and friendliness. The stay itself was so comfortable - and not at all cumbersome with our little one. We would highly recommend - wouldn't hesitate to come back!

A lovely place to stay. Potential for a sofa bed to sleep more. Everything is very local and a shop near by for any essentials.
