Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ayia Napa

We stayed as a family of 6 including 2 young kids over Christmas. The villa was amazing - spacious, clean and had absolutely everything we needed (including Xmas decorations which was a lovely touch). Jacuzzi was great and hot and we paid to heat the pool which was totally worth it for winter swimming. the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and there bbq / outdoor kitchen was good. the outside area was amazing, with a mini playground and tranpoline for the kids. location superb for the beach or a walk along the coast. even had buckets and spades to use! communication from owner was excellent and we will definitely stay again!

Efi was so helpful for our entire stay. She was a wonderful host with a beautiful, quiet and clean home. My family and I stayed for 5 weeks and felt very comfortable the entire time, and Efi would regularly check in with us that we were okay / if we needed anything. Her sister Yiota was very lovely too, and brought us flowers when we recieved some sad family news. I would highly recommend staying in this home!

The accommodation „Lefkolla“ is very centrally located in Protaras in a quite area and is equipped with everything you need. It offers plenty of space when you visit with up to 4 people. The view from the balcony is an absolute dream and you have over the whole day (in the morning in front of the house - in the evening in the backyard). Stavros and his parents were the perfect hosts. They were always available and quickly took care of everything on site. I only can recommend booking „Lefkolla“!

This villa was really lovely and as described. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the pool on our arrival and the host promptly arranged for the pool to be cleaned. The house didn’t have basic essentials like oil, sugar, salt, coffee or tea, nor hand soap for bathrooms. These are the only faults, everything else was great. You will need a car to go to Agia Napa and Protaras, but there are a couple of minimarkets, tavernas and a coffee shop which were walking distance. A very small beach is also walking distance.

Great stay, easy, comfortable, good location and the pool is lovely on those hot summer days! Don’t hesitate book now!

We've just spent 5 days in the lap of luxury; literally one of the nicest, most comfortable villas we've stayed in, in all the years of visiting Cyprus. The villa is amazing, beautifully renovated and furnished to a high quality standard. it was absolutely spotless throughout; the kitchen was well equipped; the welcome basket a really nice touch; food in the fridge and coffe/tea/sugar in the cupboards..we felt so well looked after. The villa, although modern, has a nice homely feel about it and the comfortable beds gave us the best nights' sleep. The pool was wonderful, albeit pretty cold (what do you expect in November..) and the outside area pretty and spacious. Svetlana's villa is a real gem and we really hope we can return one day in the future xx

Thanks to Stephanos for his responsiveness, his help at all times! He's a great host who always has the answer to everything to help and reassure us! I will be delighted to come to Cyprus several times.

We are a family of 5 , with 3 kids, one of them is a baby, so we needed something not far from the beach , but enough space for all of us and with a fully equipped kitchen. So I must admit her place is very child friendly. We had all we needed to prepare the baby’s food and for the other kids , a dishwasher, we even had a special baby laundry detergent, and a baby table chair . We received a bottle of wine and water at our arrival , and we really apreciate it. The balcony is huge and you can eat and relax over there . We arrived by a rent car in the night and it was a bit difficult to find the apartment , but we parked at the location and every day we went on foot to eat in the area , or every morning to the beach. Nissi beach was our favorite , and is it only at a 10 minutes walk. You have all you need near you . Anytime we need an information our host quickly replied . It was great experience!

If you go to Ayia Napa that's the place a sugest to book. It's close to everything, it has everything and the host is super

Cozy apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. There are several parking lots nearby. The apartment has everything you need. Petros was very friendly. We were coming at Christmas, he told us which shops and restaurants would be open, it was very helpful!

Nina and her husband were really kind and helpful. The apartment was perfect and fully the same as on the photos. One tip only: if you travel with a baby, you should check the baby cot in advance. It was different what we use in our countrey and we cant use it because we missed a plus matress from it. We told it to Nina and they tried to solve the problem immediately. So I think we should check it in details in advance…. Fully recommend :)

We really enjoyed staying in Emanuela’s apartment. Location is great, close to the beach and restaurants, apartment is clean and cozy, it has everything you need and more. Lots of small details that make your stay comfortable. Emanuela is very proactive and friendly. As a bonus, we even received a late check out :) highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment! Clean and tidy; good beds, all equipment you need for cooking at home. Short stroll to the center and to the beach promenade. Very good communication with the host, thank you for letting us stay a little bit longer, as our flight left very late. Can definitely recommend this apartment, as activity the strolls on the promenade in sun set are very nice. Also the sculpture park, which is huge, is nice to visit. We also had moussaka and stifades at Costas, in center, very good food! Thank you for a nice stay!

Great place. Difficult to find but the host was very swift to communicate with instructions. The Apartment is situated about 25 minute walk from central Aiya Napa which was a bit further than expected but wasn't a problem. Would stay again

Our stay in Maria’s apartment was very enjoyable! No bad surprises, only positive experiences:) We found exactly the peace we needed with a very comfortable home, beautiful surroundings and flawless hospitality from both Maria and Maros and the neighbours of the apartment :) We’ll for sure come again and can only recommend this place :)

We did experience 1 or 2 teething problems finding the apartment even though we drove straight to next door. Unfortunately the house in front had painted the wall and added a number! Arte has thought of everything and we really appreciated all the extras. Salt, pepper, herbs, toys, buckets and spades for small children, beach towels, all toiletries and plenty of cleaning materials too. We loved the veranda area in the evenings. We would say you definitely need a car to visit but lots of varied beaches within a short drive. The stunning church on top of a rock was a great landmark to visit and helpful to arrive so close. If we return to Protaras would definitely use Arte’s place again.👍

Peaceful location close to the beaches and restaurants and has two large supermarkets close by. Large outdoor area was great for relaxing. Apartment is well equipped with everything we needed.

Pros: Spacious and nice apartment, large nice balcony. Cons: One bedroom with too much light with no option to make it darker, location is good but there is closer to the beach places.

Great stay in Paralimni! We had the most wonderful experience renting this beautiful home. The home was spacious, super clean, and very stylishly decorated. The rooms were bright and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Christina, was incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to all our questions. She made sure we had everything we needed and completely to the smallest details. The pool area was lovely and relaxing and we almost only had it to ourselves.

Our stay was amazing, the apartment, location, facilities etc everything was very clean and amazing. The host was super friendly and helpful. Check in was very easy and the host left there for us water, cola and coffee which is very warm. She immediately answered us even in the late evening, helped us finding tours, activities, clubs, restaurants, cruises, beaches. The only minus was that apt in the evenings and in the night till approximately 2am was quite noisy because very near is street of clubs with loud music but tbh it wasn't very annoying. Definitely I recommend this apartment for your holiday.
