Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Aviation Beach

Great location, in iconic building of Artacho Jurado, in front of Gonzaga beach and close to markets, pharmacies, shops and restaurants. The common area of the building is a real architecture class. Very clean apartment and consistent with the listing. With kitchen utensils and basic appliances, bed and bath linens. Communication with the host, Magaly, very quick and friendly. We had no problems and we intend to return at other times!

It was all perfect, impeccable AP, all very clean, all the items in the listing available, exactly like the photo, an amazing view. Great location, the building has the convenience of the beach service and the pool is heated, perfect structure with game room, gym. Both Gabriella and the building's employees (janitor and gatekeepers) are extremely gentle, polite and helpful. We'll be back for sure. And the host Gabriela was able to fulfill us in a special request I asked for her. The stay was perfect. Thank you for giving us a perfect weekend, the whole family loved it.

Antonio was extremely friendly from the first contact, passed the guidelines very clearly and obejtiva, in addition to being super flexible with the schedules. The house is super cozy and was very clean and organized. A few steps from the beach! I definitely indicate the location for everyone. The only not-so-positive point is that near the building has a karaoke, and at the end of the week they sang until very late kkk But it is something to stand out in view of the whole. :)

Wonderful stay, apartment next to the beach, well-equipped kitchen, shower with perfect shower, all the same as the photos... The markets next door make a difference... My pet also loved the building and was well received... We will return for sure.

The accommodation was perfect! Close to the beach, large and clean apartment. Ercil was super flexible with the time of entry and exit, I request and always responded quickly! I highly recommend it!

i really liked the view of the apartment and the location..great cost benefit.. the only thing I didn't really like was the parking system.. every time you need to leave the car for someone to store and pick up.. it often took time to bring the car and I noticed little care of them with a car, especially in relation to speed.

Daniel's apt emerged in a moment of urgency. Our previous apartment ran out of power and we need to quickly go elsewhere. They answered us quickly, sent us various directions on the location and site recommendations. The apartment is amazing ! And we want to come back more often

The apartment is great, exactly as described in the pictures. The building looks like a resort with a lot of leisure and great location. Great to relax! Maria Lucia was very helpful and friendly, she showed us all the areas of the building. We'll be back for sure!

The apartment is a grace, super clean, smelling (smell of clean and well-kept house). It has everything we need to have a great stay. In the surroundings there is a market, bars, post, pharmacy and many shops, although the street of the building is very quiet. Making the apartment cool on a hot day was no problem, it has air and fans to make us comfortable. The shower is wonderful She offered breakfast amenities. We left water, capsules of cafes, dumplings, granola, ice water, which I considered very attentive and delicate of your part.The building has a beautiful psychina with a privileged view both at sunrise and sunset. A show. Academia is air-conditioned and with everything we need. Marinete's friendliness delighted us. Your availability of concern for our well-being is evident during all communication, before, during (if we need) and after checkout. Highly recommended. Definitely an excellent experience.

I have no words to describe my stay at Carnival 2025, the summary in just one WONDERFUL WORD 😍🙏 The apartment is beautiful and exactly the same as the photos and even better. Extremely clean, wide, airy and comfortable. What is presented as leisure in the condominium is unparalleled, all perfect and unbelievable, I felt at home. The location of the building is astonishing, everything around us, supermarkets, malls, restaurants, fast food, cinema and the main beach, which is wonderful, clean and safe, at least I felt that way during my stay. Marco is a great host, friendly, nice to talk, quiet and fair. At the time of check-in and check-out had the possibility of the flexibility of he adjusted for us. The house is beautiful, beautifully decorated and preserved. Some highlights are the good and quiet air conditioners of the rooms, the high right foot of the amplitude for the whole house. The leisure area has a beautiful and well treated garden with a beautiful lawn by the pool. The 02 refrigerators are also very functional. The bedroom is wc on the ground floor is great for people with limited mobility, as was the case with my parents. We recommend it.

The accommodation was excellent! Deu to accommodate too much of my family! Everything was very nice! The house is big, the wonderful pool and the barbecue area was our favorite place, where we sat to sit down to eat, chat and play!!! A Bruna always considerate! Everything is very nice!

Extremely impeccable, clean, smelling and much bigger than in the photos, we were surprised by the quality of the space. Super nearby beach, near the jequitimar mall and close to bakeries. Marvelous pool, all rooms with air conditioning, the space is simply wonderful. Super proactive, kind hosts responded quickly and provided all the necessary assistance. We would definitely like to come back more often.
