We simply loved the apt of Mrs. Alice, we went in 3 people, (myself, husband and son), huge, extremely clean and organized, wonderful view of the balcony, all the staff of the condominium super polite and helpful. I highly recommend it. Since we do not get much sunshine, we use the heated swimming pool. Mrs. Alice very attentive since the beginning of the conversation, she gave me all the necessary infs. The impeccable apartment, great location, only use the car if you really need it, since from pharmacy to the surrounding markets it finally has everything exactly as it is described in the ad!!! Extremely clean, wide, airy and comfortable. What is presented as leisure in the condominium is unparalleled, all perfect and unbelievable, I felt at home. The location of the building is astonishing, everything around us, supermarkets, malls, restaurants, fast food, cinema and the main beach, which is wonderful, clean and safe, at least I felt that way during my stay. My family and I loved staying at the apt. Célia and Rosana are extremely requested in all matters with us. The apartment was impeccable, beautiful, spacious, super comfortable. To the leisure area of the condominium is fantastic, beautiful and complete, we use each space. The apto is located on the avenue of the beach we were on foot, just cross the avenue, we were super satisfied with everything, and we will certainly return to the hotel in the near future.

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!

Marco is a great host, friendly, nice to talk, quiet and fair. At the time of check-in and check-out had the possibility of the flexibility of he adjusted for us. The leisure area has a beautiful and well treated garden with a beautiful lawn by the pool. The 02 refrigerators are also very functional. We had an amazing weekend as a family. Tania's house is exactly the same as in the pictures and when we arrived everything was clean and organized.
