Great stay & there were some really nice small touches that made my stay a little better. Like the water bottles in the fridge and some small snacks and stuff on the counter. Questionable neighborhood, but I felt safe.

We ran into a lodging emergency while on vacation, and found this place. We were impressed with how quickly Davis responded to our messages, and accommodating our need for early check-in. The house is just as described, comfortable and kid friendly. The pool is a great size for kids. We also enjoyed the outdoor games. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We loved our stay and would definitely return on future visits.

A great place to stay and Arash’s description is exactly what you will see when you arrive. This was my second time staying at this property (it’s my go to place), first place I check for availability. The only not so good thing is availability, lol!!! I can’t say one thing bad about anything at this property. I can’t say I am so grateful to have found it and look forward to staying again!!!!

Exactly what we needed for our family

We recently stayed at this lovely apartment in Sunny Isles, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The clean, modern, and thoughtfully decorated space creates a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The large windows let in tons of natural light, making the apartment bright and airy. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and convenience stores, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, quickly addressing any questions I had and offering great recommendations for places to visit in the area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a major plus. The building also offered secure parking, which was a bonus in this area. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sunny Isles. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Dimi was a pleasure to work with! Very responsive, always friendly and helpful. We left an item behind that was very important to my daughter, and Dimi really went above and beyond to be sure it was identified and returned. We are very grateful! Location is close to casino and beach, as well as Publix and restaurants. The unit has a lovely kitchen, furniture is a bit worn but quite comfortable and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. I would recommend this Airbnb, priced well and plenty of room for our crew of 6.

Excellent place to stay. The pool and backyard was nice, and the bathrooms were also great. The spaces in the front and back yards were private and nicely decorated.
