Extremely friendly and attentive host. We had a small unforeseen issue with the oven, but the host was extremely helpful and resolved the situation quickly and efficiently. The location is excellent, as are the amenities offered. We definitely recommend it!

I've been doing an internship at the University of Aveiro and stayed for 3 months in Mário's studio. The studio is modern and new with all the items needed for a long or short stay. It is very well located and in the central region of Aveiro, close to markets, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants and various sights, it is possible to take all the walking tours. Mário and Frederico were great hosts paying attention from the clarifications to the reservation, during their stay and at check out. No doubt the cost-benefit was worth it and when I return to Aveiro I intend to stay on site.

Modern and very well-equipped space. Very clean and with a very well-equipped kitchen. Perfect for 6 people who want to get to know Aveiro and stay in a quiet area. It is easily reached on foot to several supermarkets and the city center. They respond very quickly and give tips for the city. To be repeated, no doubt.

Luis is attentive, very responsive. Luis really puts his heart into making your stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated. Wide and super comfortable bedding. Close to the city center (15'), covered market (5'), pedestrian path along the canal to access all of this. We really had a great stay, Aveiro is a city of a thousand facets, don't go for 2 days, you would regret it, it takes a lot more.

Last-minute accommodation booked for 2 nights, and it was enough to see that it was very well maintained. There was nothing missing, and beyond that, it felt very good. Thanks to the host for this as well as for their responsiveness in messages! I highly recommend, accessible price and more than pleasant environment since right next to the sea.

I was supposed to arrive at the train station, and I had three bags, so I was looking for a place as close to the train station as possible, but I booked it because I liked the location and interior of the hotel, and I was really satisfied, and I will book it again next time if it's a trip for 1-2 people. I liked this place, so I booked a place in Porto through 'guestready', and it was also nice. There were several luggage storage facilities near the property, and it was really nice to have two large supermarkets close by in the back alley of the property. There was laundry detergent and a drying rack, and the place was quiet during my stay, so I had a good rest. I walked along the canal from 'Forum Abu Abir' to the mart, did the groceries, and came to the accommodation. However, they didn't give me exact instructions on how to open the door on the first floor of the accommodation, so I had a hard time opening the door in the evening, but the management team responded right away and let me know. You have to push the door while holding the key on the touchpad and then pull it to open. I think it would be nice to inform the guest how to open the door with a video before check-in. And there was a fingerprint on the toilet switch, and there was pink scale on the shower wall, so it would be great if you paid a little more attention to the management.

Full house, comfortable, with all the utensils you need to make meals. We sleep well, the heating works well, in short, everything great! The host was very attentive and easy to access! You've always responded quickly! Excellent property location! Next to everything! Next to the train station!

This is a spacious, light, extremely well-equipped and spotlessly clean duplex with lovely views of the sea from 2 of the terraces, and morning sun on the other terrace which overlooks the street. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. Communication with Nerieda was very fluid, and check-in and out were very easy, in fact she was there to meet us and show us around when we arrived. Definitely recommended.

Paula was very attentive throughout the stay, always demonstrating proactivity towards us. The environment is super clean and new, as shown in the photos. The location is also well worth it! We are sure to host again at the next time.

Patricia met us on arrival and took us through the local sites, places to eat, beaches and other things to do and see. Joana, by herself, is already an impeccable hostess. Always available and friendly. She made us feel right at home! The house itself is a spectacular and cozy space. Everything in excellent condition, tidy and clean. Of all the spaces I've ever been to on Airbnb, this was by far the best. We did everything on foot, we had a market just around the corner, local shops and restaurants. We parked the car and used it little or not at all. We'll definitely be back! Thank you so much! ❤️

Impeccable place to spend a couple nights with someone, super cosy, the jacuzzi was the best definitely.

Location - slightly out of town, in a beautiful valley. 1 hour from Porto in the car. Supermarket 5 mins away in the car. Facilities - pool was great, barbecue area was good. Each apartment has an outdoor area to sit in, with a clothes horse to dry your things on. Shared washing machine and tumble dryer. There was enough parking for 1 car per property. Apartment- clean, great air con. Quirky but functional furniture. Host - responsive and friendly. The woman that met us at the property was very very helpful.

Our stay was joyful and relaxing. We were warmly welcomed by the host with delicious traditional bread. The area is beautiful and tranquil, surrounded by mountains and lush greenery, with the soothing sounds of nature. The garden, filled with citrus trees, was a delight, and the jacuzzi and barbecue area made our evenings perfect. Inside, the building was cozy and well-heated, with clean, comfortable beds and fresh linens. We enjoyed sunny days in the garden and even on the rainy night, the spacious kitchen was ideal for gathering. The host was flexible with check in/out and very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was a great place, and the hot tub was a huge hit with our little family. Comfortable, and a great location to walk to the beach and town.

We had an amazing stay. Beatriz met us at the apartment and was very helpful providing us with tips of restaurants and the local bakery (Barra 99 - delicious bread, coffee, desserts and really cheap). The beach is a 2-3 minute walk. I’d recommend taking a windbreak. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the beach and in town. Local supermarket had everything we needed. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Would highly recommend and may book again! Thank you 😀
