Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Aveiro District

My recent stay at this Airbnb was exceptional. The location was perfect. The check-in process was straightforward, and the apartment itself was stylish and well-equipped. I highly recommend this place – a fantastic choice for a memorable stay!

Ricardo's apartment is a true Airbnb gem - very comfortable, private, and in the midst of the real local life of Espinho. We stayed for two weeks and we could not be happier with the location: Porto is just a 30 min train ride away, the train station and the beach can be reached in 10 min, and the neighbourhood offers all kinds of stores, so a car is not a must for this place. Ricardo is a very nice and accommodating host. Prior to our arrival, he was very easy to reach and very flexible as we had some special requests. We could check in earlier which was really appreciated and met Ricardo in person. This 2nd floor apartment is spacious, clean, showcasing a large bath, a full kitchen and a huge balcony - all very well equipped and maintained. The place has two electric heaters so we were dry and warm at all times (stayed in November). All in all, a brilliant example of Airbnb at its best! Thank you, Ricardo - we hope to come back one day.

From 1-2 days before Miguel already contacted us so we can resolve any questions or issues that may be, and be able to meet for the reception in person. She also sent nearby restaurant options to the apartment, nearby transportation, and amenities. At the reception we explained and showed all the equipment in the apartment and recommended activities to do during our stay. She offered to be in touch for any problem we might have, luckily we don't need it. In short, it was a great host.

We went with 3 other friends to Pedro's Airbnb and had a great time, a very functional apartment and close to the beach for surfing! Pedro, from the first day of communication, was very kind, giving clear instructions. All the amenities inside were useful and the space outside was nice to eat on sunny days.

Joana's space is very comfortable, everything clean and new, everything working. We were in the winter and we were very warm in the house. The location is great, quiet, close to important sights and the main services. There is a small delicious restaurant nearby. It was really a great fit!

Loved it. Playing tennis from sunset to 5am (floodlights). Bbq on the terrace. Rooms were clean. Everything about this place was perfect. We even got some tasty baked goods every morning delivered to our door Easy to get ubers and uber eats. All the boys had a great time and want to go again. Its a great villa to just chill in, you dont get bored. Loved every minute.

The truth is that we had a 10 vacation, the host is very nice and attentive!! You can't ask for more if you're looking for tranquility and kindness.

The place is beautiful with a wonderful balcony to have fun with the family. The house is very well equipped, I would highly recommend it.

Bad weather didn't disturb my calm stay at Aguda's beach. Close to restaurants and the train station (Porto 20min), Aguda is a perfect spot for a rest, with the place right in front of the beach with fully functional facilities (including washing machine). Elisa was very reactive and attentive, which was greatly appreciated.

The hosts were amazing! they made sure we will feel at home from the first day. took care of any issue that came by. they brought us fresh bread every morning. the surrounding is really magical. the only thing that was a bit sucks was the washing machine and the dryer. it was in a different structure with 1 min walk and when the weather is raining its not that easy. other than that everything was fine!

Apartment in a great location, easy access by foot with free parking at 5 min. Casa corresponded to the photographs, extremely clean and welcoming space. No doubt repeating it.

We had a very nice stay at Rosa's apartment. There was nothing missing. The kitchen is excellently equipped. The view of the ocean is simply breathtaking.

Very well located, right in the center of the city but sufficiently away from the confusion.

We spent two weeks in Portugal traveling extensively and staying largely at comparable AirBnBs. Ana’s is hands down the nicest, cleanest, and best value of any. We love cooking and her kitchen is very well equipped, the best. If you don’t feel like cooking try “a Peixaria” right around the corner, a simply awesome seafood restaurant.

Do not hesitate to rent this accommodation if you would like to visit Porto: by train which is less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment, you are in a good half hour in bustling Porto. But the tranquility of the apartment is blissful, the bustling sea you constantly see and hear is the best relaxation, the blissful location on the beach of Granja is practical, but also the other nearby villages within walking distance such as Aguda and Miramar are worth it... Finally, you will really find everything in and around the apartment you need to have a wonderful holiday. The kitchen is very spaciously equipped, the two bathrooms are very functional, there is a lot of storage space...there is a bakery, butcher and small supermarket 5 minutes walk away, and a larger supermarket 25 minutes walk away...

Great stay. Brilliant location for being out of Porto to access lovely beach but so easy and cheap to get train into Porto. Also used train to go other way along the coast. Apartment had everything could of needed. Very clean. Bed comfortable and large. Great amount of hot water and pressure in shower. Was plenty warm enough with heaters provided. Would definitely stay again
