In a leafy lane, in the wonderful Inner Sydney suburb of Annandale, you’ll find a shining little Airbnb gem. It’s almost like being transported to a rustic, French hideaway - chic and beautifully styled, yet comfy, homely and sparkling clean. Up at the back of a leafy, lush garden, you have exclusive use of a fairly secluded part of the garden/deck with table and chairs and Weber. It’s mostly very peaceful - over our 5 day stay, we heard back lane noise from the garbos once (about 2 or 3 mins). There are generous supplies re bedding, bathing, air-con, streaming services (byo passwords or watch Foxtel), or great reads in the bookcase. Besides the normal bread spreads and assortment of teas and coffee pods, there’s some ‘extra-mile treats’ like absolutely delicious homemade jams, posh butter…you never know just what you might find in the fridge. A beautiful stay for 1 or 2; perfect for a working trip with free wifi/easy access into town, or for a couple of lovebirds - young or old!

Perfect location for those who need to go to Sydney and don't like battling with traffic and finding parking. It's a very short walk to Denistone railway station which goes straight to central. Communication with Adam was very easy and we found him to be most obliging. Thanks so much Adam and we would love to come back sometime.

Heather was an amazing host. Even though she was on travel while I was checking in she made sure I was checked in properly. The location is nice, easy to get around with lot of options of restaurants/bars around. Just 5 mins away from nearest train station and 15 mins from the airport. Enjoyed my stay at this bnb.

We had such a wonderful stay, I don’t even know where to start. Do you know these AirBnBs that look fancy in the advertisement, but in real life they lack personality, are poorly equipped and worn down? Susan’s place is the exact opposite of that. There are so many little things in the apartment that make it feel warm and welcoming, such as tea and coffee selection, drinks and breakfast in the fridge, soft linen and towels or books. All bath and kitchen supplies are of very high quality as well. The garden surrounding is the cherry on top, but also Susan herself who is a wonderful and warm person. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the eastern beaches (10 min walk down to Bronte beach) with a supermarket, bakery and cafes/restaurants around the corner as well. Nonetheless, the apartment and garden are so quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend staying here!

Out parents stayed at Banksia while visiting and absolutely loved it. The property was in walking distance to Dee Why beach and a 15 minute walk to Curl Curl. Lots of great cafes nearby. The apartment was private, modern and very tidy. Perfect for two people looking for a getaway near the beach. Would definitely stay here again. The hand soap was also an 11/10!!

Unique water view from this studio, we did not talk to the friendly and generous hosts face to face while we can tell they are so considered to the details that we enjoyed the stay very comfortably.

We really enjoyed our time here! The unit itself was spacious and comfortable, and accessing the unit was very easy. The family in the main house was sweet, they were friendly and would wave and say hello if our paths crossed but never intruded on our space. The neighborhood’s convenient, parking seemed fine and a ten minute walk to the nearest grocery story

Verity is a great host and her place is comfortable, private and in an excellent location. Verity was really helpful and lovely to deal with. I’d recommend her as a host to anyone!

Absolutely lovely place to stay in Sydney. Tucked away but at walking distance to all you need. Henry provided such thoughtful touches throughout the apartment, so you really feel taken care of. Loved waking up to the birds.

3rd time staying there. Clean and comfortable, lovely garden outlook. Very convenient location and it's good to have a garage for the car. One only negative is the airplane noise, can be loud at times. Definitely will stay. again

Beautiful and clean space in such a great location. Israel and Alice were very responsive and accomodating. We especially loved the interiors and the natural light flowing throughout the house. Staying here definitely felt like a holiday!

Alice’s property was perfect for our week away, it was great to find a space that we could bring our two small dogs! The place was clean, had all the amenities you could need and was only a short walk down the road to the local shops/beach. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay on their next holdiday on the Central Coast. 😊

We loved our stay at Salty from the moment we arrived. The property was private, spotless and exactly as described. The hot tub was ready and warm upon our arrival, which was a lovely touch, and Ella was fantastic at communicating throughout. Highly recommend staying here!

Have everything you need it plus some personal touch ie face mask, shower oil. Secluded, nice natural views, lights. Make you feel like being at home while having your holiday as it’s so easy to find anything you need

Staying at Fiona and Marcella’s Airbnb was the perfect way to start my trip. A comfy bed to rest after 43 hours of travel to arrive in Australia, quiet neighborhood with local places to eat, transportation right there, and near minutes to Bondi beach - highly recommend. Be sure to stop at their cafe and meet these gracious, kind and welcoming hosts.

Well-located, small but well appointed. I stayed here with my two young children and they loved the location. The accommodation suits 2 perfectly.

Jamie and Zoe were incredible hosts. The place is fantastic and in such a great spot. Our family of four loved it and will definitely return. It had everything you need and more. Really good communication prior to us arriving and whilst we were there. Thanks again for making our anniversary trip so special.

We felt right at home, we had everything we could need for us and our two little boys. Christina and Andrew were lovely and welcoming. There was a travel cot and high chair set up for my infant when we arrived which saved us the hassle of bringing it with us and setting it up. The location was perfect! We were close to family friendly clubs and restaurants and Ettalong beach with its great waterfront playground. We will definitely be back. Our two little boys especially loved the visits from Hans, the dachshund.

We had an amazing stay with Virginia and Paul. The space was amazing and they went the extra mile by providing wine, bread and other breakfast goods. They were so lovley to speak to and we felt right at home. Couldn't recommend this stay more !!

Very clean and had all one would want from a base to explore Sydney , very relaxed and a great host . We just felt at home and would highly recommend anyone to use this venue .
