Accommodation fully in line with the announcement. Clean and quiet, very spacious. We were able to use the hot tub and pool table. The heater was working perfectly . Parking space is very large. We were really quiet and we don't even see that these are terraced houses. The place is a 15-minute walk from the center. It is perfectly equipped. The stairs are not protected for infants ( this was not our case ) , everything is functional downstairs with the bedroom and toilet and bathroom. Upstairs are a very large bedroom with desk and a large room with billiards. The owners are very responsive to messages. It is a beautiful address, beautiful gem for a stopover in Beaune.

A beautiful restored home with beautiful materials . spacious and bright living rooms We were a big family for the Christmas holiday. we, a family of 2 adults and 2 small boys, had a wonderfull time in the appartment. it is much better than the pictures suggest. we were there between christmas and new year. the atmosphere was fantastic in Dijon. we were right in the middle of it all. do not hesitate to book!

great welcome from her mom and by message from Dorian small welcome gift in the fridge very responsive to the slightest questions. very clean house very comfortable bedding. we all loved the decor and the vast spaces and the spa part was the most of this weekend my son will remember from his 18 years old . i recommend 100%

We came as a family with 10 adults and 4 kids. The space is even bigger than the photos show us. The kitchen dining area is very good size and bright. The small living room on the 1st is more cozy. The amenities are in large numbers and quality. There is enough to make a raclette, a fondue, crepes... The 3 floors have their bathroom and separate toilet which is appreciated. We were not able to enjoy the outdoor areas because of the weather but there is everything to keep the kids busy. We'll be happy to go back.

The property is very close to most tourist spots in Dijon. The property is in an old building, which adds to the place's charm. Despite this, the property provides all the modern comforts needed in a rental property. We love how the property was tastefully designed and curated- Bold colors and patterns in the paintings, curtains, furniture, and decors all worked perfectly together! We love just sitting in the living room, looking at all the fine details of the interior, and appreciating how the interior was designed well and timelessly. We highly recommend Jean-Pierre’s property.

Second stay in a place offered by Ludovic and we are just as satisfied as during our first stay. Very nice accommodation, tastefully decorated, central and very quiet. An oasis of peace in Dijon. Everything was ready for us, Ludovic even had the delicate attention to make some supplies available for our breakfast. We visit family in Dijon regularly and it is very convenient for us to be able to stay with Ludovic. Thank you for everything and see you soon, on an upcoming family visit to Dijon. Two days spent in the small, but very well equipped cottage of Kate and Joël. The decor fully meets the description. A lovely bed, nicely made, with fresh and clean linens. A small but functional shower. And as a top extra, an indoor swimming pool whose canopy can also be opened. A large, well maintained garden to relax. Nothing is missing in the accommodation. Finally, I would like to mention the nice and friendly contact with Kate and Joël. Top hosts!! We look back with pleasure!

We stayed one night at Carole and Christophe's place. The accommodation is absolutely charming, very well decorated and with a very pleasant "cozy" atmosphere, while being spacious. There were 5 of us and we were very comfortable. Carole and Christophe are extremely friendly, and welcomed us very warmly. We highly recommend it!

How do you begin to describe just how peaceful and relaxing Emmanuel’s place is?! If we could have stayed for longer, we would have. The weather was perfect one day for the pool, which can’t be common in October, and that was lovely. The amenities were great, especially useful for a couple with a baby, and the help from Emmanuel throughout was second to none. Highly recommend, and we’ll be back ourselves one day soon!
