Very nice place, it had everything you need! The location is perfect. The only downside was that we had only two blankets and we were a bit cold the first night, before the appartment warmed up.

This is a lovely, considered, clean, modern place to stay. Roger definitely puts attention to making guests feel welcome and provides everything you need. A wonderful, quiet bedroom. Really practical kitchen, living space and bathroom. An ideal stop for us for 1 night. Recommend for sure.

i recommend 200%! Perfect accommodation! nothing to complain about, the welcome and communication was perfect, recommendations for eating etc ( the factory was great!! ). Traveling for work I was really delighted! Being able to enjoy the balneo in the evening after a good day of work is perfect! All in a very quiet environment. all the essentials for cooking and great bedding! I loved the pillows! and the smell when I entered too! a huge TV to watch shows etc. If I have to come back to the area, I know where to sleep!

Deserves its name as Petit nid, we felt very comfortable there thanks to the very good welcome of Anne Sophie and Jean Michel and their attention like homemade jam, coffee, pepper salt etc.... Great stay. Joëlle Gérard

A lovely, tiny apartment in a perfect location in the center of town. It’s very quiet and dark at might, so I slept so well! Pierre-Andre was an excellent host — he met me in person, explained everything about the apartment, offered midweek to clean, and answered my messages extremely quickly.

Small 2 rooms, cozy and atypical. Extremely well tastefully renovated recently. (PMR refrain). espresso coffee maker and unlimited tea, fruit juice and bottle of water offered. Wines from the property available (at additional cost) Very good location, free parking 3 or 4 minutes away or paying 50m away . 5 minutes from the historic center. Thank you Denis!

This place was one of the most beautiful, well designed places we have ever stayed! Every ounce of it is gorgeous & the location is the very best in Beaune. Beds are cozy & comfy & the best part was the soaking tub after a long two weeks of travel. We will definitely be returning!

Laure's place is a real little cocoon where everything is designed to have a pleasant time. The little touches for breakfast are a real plus. Laure is very responsive and present with any questions. We will come back without hesitation and can only recommend this magical place.
