Simply put, this is one of the nicest, cosiest, cleanest and most thoughtfully appointed AirBnB’s we have ever stayed in. Spacious, private, quiet and many small touches that reveal a host who is truly Hospitable…for e.g. toothpaste and new toothbrushes if you’ve forgetten your own…generous supply of linen and towels, well stocked bookcases, home-made shortbread, fresh fruit and breakfast goodies. Shower is hot and generous and the bed is soft and comfy with quality crisp linen. David and Sandra have forgotten and overlooked nothing. Also, the Botanic Gardens are close by if you enjoy a morning walk….the views from the top of the street are wonderful…in a neighbourhood with many spectacular grand Queensland homes…overseas visitors would especially appreciate.

Amazing place, down to the details. Pantry and kitchen stocked with more than the essentials. Definitely will stay again.

Trish’s place is simple and cosy, all you need. Thoughtful touches with tea/coffee/ milk. Bed is super comfortable. Great location- walking distance to cafe’s and to the city 20 minutes. Can absolutely recommend 🙏🏻 thanks Trish!

If you are anxiously scrolling through Air bnb listings and see Carolyn’s … STOP. You have hit the jackpot in Air bnb’s!!! We just spent 16 lovely days at Carolyn and Mark’s and not to leave out my buddy Richard, an adorable mini dachshund 🥰. My first impression on walking in was WOW! It is absolutely pristine. Carolyn has taken the time to think like a traveller and has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is incredible and I’m sure even Gordon Ramsay would be satisfied. There is even a mortar and pestel. Oh and books!!! Such wonderful books and also DVD’S to choose from. The unit is so roomy with two great A/C units. We loved the bathroom walk in shower which had the best pressure. The bedroom is spacious with beautiful bed linens and the closet is huge!!! Oh wait until you see the outdoor space😱 The backyard is simply gorgeous and so peaceful. The beach is very close. The piece de resistance tho are Carolyn and Mark who are just the warmest, caring couple. Thank you

Great place to stay, close to Torquay. Very comfortable and relaxing farm environment. Anne was a wonderful host and communicated very well. We would love to come again.

We've just spent 10 days at Mel's place. It was the perfect set up for our needs (we had family visiting in Darwin who needed the unit) and they were able to accommodate our 21ft van easily beside the unit with power and water hook up. The space was private and our kids had room to roam. The pool was a favourite of everyones and was set is some of the most beautiful established trees. Day trips to the city/berry springs were no more than 40 mins. Mel and Steve left us to it, always a friendly hello when passing by and we felt like we had our on private surroundings... thank-you for a nice break away!

Great place to stay. The location was perfect for the event we were attending in Wollongong. The kitchen and bathrooms were modern, and the number and arrangement of beds just right for our group. The massage chair was well used! Communication with Emma was very good, even helping to return an item we left behind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Had a quick, overnight stay at Phillip’s place - it was clean, had nice soft towels (that I even googled after to purchase for myself) and was super convenient to the beach. Bonus - there’s a ParkRun (Sandon Point) start line just a few mins walk away!

Wow, a Home away from Home. Gracious hosts. Little sands provides everything and even more than any holidayer’s expectations. Little Sands is just Beautiful, every amenity you could hope for and more, great kitchen, Books, Games, Outdoor area, Privacy, Roomy. I could just go on and on. If you want to relax with a “Touch of Class” and visit Warilla and Shellharbour, this is the place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at Jeff’s place. The photos are accurate but somehow the space is even better than what is depicted. Every additional detail is thought of - amazingly tasteful decor, high quality products, a range of milks in the fridge as well as a fully stocked kitchen, netflix, additional toilet paper, and a toothbrush cup. The beds are extremely comfortable, with the main bed having an adjustable setting and an inbuilt massager! All within walking distance of the beach (which you can see from the end of the driveway), and a 2 minute drive away from local supermarket/take-away. Forget the hustle and bustle of Dromana, Mt Martha is superiour in our opinion and Jeff’s place will only reinforce that. Can’t fault the stay in any way and look forward to returning in the near future.

from the outset we were so impressed with the property. Jenny's communication was amazing, even in the early hours when we had a problem at the airport. the property it's self is stunning and was perfect for what we needed, it was a perfect size for the two of us. the location was great within walking distance of mount Lawleys wonderful amenities. special mention to Jude the dog for being so pleasant and friendly. we definitely want to stay again

Absolutely loved our stay. Cute accommodation. Loved the kitchen and seating area outside. Pool was great. A two min walk to shops including supermarkets. Great location, quiet. Close to beach. I recommend going jetski-ing While in Rockingham. Will definitely book this accommodation again.

Wow, what a beautiful place to stay! We all absolutely loved our time here, and the house provided plenty of space for everyone. The couches and beds were very comfortable, and the outdoor area was lovely – sitting in the back garden was so peaceful. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the instructions were very clear. The location was fantastic, being so close to Middleton Beach; hearing the waves breaking was truly a treat. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to family and friends!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay in Mittagong was absolutely fabulous! The apartment was immaculate and had everything you could ever need, making it feel like a true home away from home. Despite being at the back of Annika and Nathan’s property, it felt incredibly private and peaceful. The beds were like sleeping on clouds, the shower was amazing, and the lounge room was so cute and cozy—it was the perfect place to relax. Annika went above and beyond by happily accommodating our request for an early check-in by 5 hours, which was greatly appreciated. We’ll definitely be back whenever we need accommodation in Mittagong. Highly recommend!

We planned a quick trip to Philip island with a dog and I must say that the place was the best value for money, quiet, has complete amenities and stress-free. Matt was very communicative once we booked when we had questions about the clean, although he didn’t really respond when I had questions before the booking. However once we’ve booked and checked in, the host was very accommodating and nice. I really liked that the whole place was pet friendly as there are no restrictions as to where the dog can stay. The closest beach, however is not very dog friendly (not the airbnb’s fault). Although there is Ventnor Beach only about 10 minutes away if you want to bring your off leash dog to the beach. Overall, I will definitely book here again with my golden retriever.

Peter and Carolyn’s property is a perfect place for a couple to base themselves when visiting the area. I traveled with my daughter and our 10 month old toy poodle and it was perfect. The pool and fully fenced backyard was well used. Very thoughtful inclusions and extremely comfortable. Peter and Carolyn were great hosts.

Great little 3 bedroom villa. Neat and tidy with everything that you need. Great location and an easy enough walk to the Main Street. Hosts made our stay very easy and even left us a nice little surprise in the fridge. Thanks guys.
