Ms. Kavitha is such a down to earth lady and hats off to her for maintaining such a neat place. The place is much worthier and economical than other resorts in Pondicherry. Out of all, the breakfast she served was hot and yummy.

It's a great place to spend your pondicherry days. Everything are very close to the accommodation. The host is very responsive and proactive. The colony is very peaceful. Highly recommended.

We had a gud time at tanto retreat. It’s kids friendly place. Calm atmosphere and friendly people.

The stay was too peaceful and bliss. Kavitha welcomed us and room was so neat. The property was located on a peaceful neighbour hood.Its bit away from city but if u need calm and bliss ful stay please consider this. They have street parking too

Maria's place is perfect for a stay in the white city, Pondicherry. Location was great. The terrace and bedroom were beautiful. It's literally 5 minutes' walk from the beach. To be honest, public transport was rarely used because it was always convenient to walk, but when needed it was right there. There are many restaurants, tourist attractions and cafes around this stay, but in the apartment itself it is completely quiet. This stay is very clean and cozy. Maria had great recommendations and was a great help. She went far beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you for this wonderful time! I will definitely be back.

Decent accommodation next to the beach. Well maintained, has all basic needs and facilities. We really liked the place, my kids enjoyed the beach since it was just across the street. Host Nina was very kind, sweet and helpful, you ask her anything she has answers.

Satisfied with the stay on a whole, host shiva and his family were friendly. Loved the sit out, especially in the sunrise and night. Calm surroundings, near to a lot of wonderful restaurants in Auroville. wonderful stay.

Peaceful place with good hospitality

My wife and I stayed here for a night while visiting Auroville. This is a very peaceful and beautiful place with lots of greenery inside. We only stayed for a night but wished we could have stayed for longer! I certainly recommend it for people visiting Auroville/Pondicherry. The only thing to note is that it's in a somewhat remote location and having one's own vehicle is probably necessary.

A beautiful setting, a very professional welcome, very pleasant rooms, for those who drive it is really ideal, for me who does not drive, I depend on rikshows...

the staff there was very helpful and kind. and they helped us out a lot with everything. the rooms were very spacious and kept clean. The gardens have been well maintained and we could really feel how much loved this property was by the owners and house keepers as it was very well maintained. one of the best properties I have lived in. met new people and made friends at this property as well. 10/10 would recommend...

This place feels like a vacation all by itself. The greenery and the ambience gives you a sense of calm at all times Mr. Murugan, the caretaker is also very proactive and responsive throughout the clock.

A treat to the soul. In the middle of nature, peaceful, calm, big round windows were amazing. It was a feeling of home away from home. Loved staying here, can definitely go back. Breakfast options would help.
