They accepted our stay with very short notice (within 3 hours of arriving) which was a load off my shoulders. When we arrived at the house it was absolutely beautiful and a very quiet neighborhood The décor was not only beautiful but very functional. It was very spacious and extremely clean. Wonderful backyard and board games galore.. they even had a Christmas tree up with the lights on for us in the large front window it was very welcoming. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this place to anyone needed accommodation. Location makes it easy to get to other places in Davis. It’s not a big place but nicely arranged. Beds are very comfortable. Sun comes in the kitchen window in the morning and is very nice. Our host was really great and responsive to our needs.

Had a very comfortable stay here with my mom and sister while my dad had surgery at UCD. It was wonderful to come back to the house in between visits to see dad. The walk was less than 10 minutes, safe. My mom chose to drive to the hospital once - I easily beat her when walking. Surprisingly, we did not hear any ambulance noise. The kitchen, bathrooms and home were well appointed.

Accurately described. Perfect place to stay in Grass Valley. Close to downtown with trails close by in a beautiful, quiet area. . The beds were comfortable, kitchen is large and we'll equipped. I will definitely book here again.

We had a nice stay with another couple and two dogs. Jacque left us cute notes and treats/beds for the dogs. Everything was well thought out and very comfortable. Would consider staying again if it was a little less expensive and closer to the snow!

Great location to restaurants, shops etc. Stayed at Ashley’s location for my daughter’s tournament at the Grounds. It was super convenient to drop off and pick up.

This home was a really great pit stop for our family trip of 12. We needed a restful place to spend the night last minute and the owner was very responsive and accepted my booking within hours. When we got to the house it was so clean, instructions to get in were so clear, and we were just in awe how quickly a clean nice place was available. The family spent a really nice night in this home from the jacuzzi to the pool to the game room. Perfect and comfortable for family gatherings

I had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly flexible, responsive, and helpful, providing local recommendations that came in handy. The location is perfect—just a short walk to downtown Sacramento, close to the CIM expo and a bus pick-up spot, which was super convenient. The apartment exceeded expectations—it was even better than the photos. I highly recommend it!

We had a communication and cleaning snafu at the outset, but otherwise the space was lovely. A little chilly mid-winter, even with the heaters, but the bed was cozy and the natural light was great. An excellent home base from which to visit friends and family in the area, quiet and away from the bustle of midtown or downtown.

We love Robert and Jeanne's pool house. The setting is beautiful and the house has everything we need for a very comfortable stay. Pool houses can be poorly constructed; this one is not! It's well-built, and has all the amenities for a very comfortable stay. Also, Robert and Jeanne are very responsive, and kept in touch with me well. This is our second time staying there, and we'll be back!

nice and quiet place with beautiful surroundings. The place was cozy with lots of games to play inside and a couple of games to play outside. it also has a great place to sit outside with a fire table.

Wonderful property for my dog and me - Suz was the ultimate host! Loved the Christmas decorations-it helped being away for the holiday ... Suz even surprised me with a "build a gingerbread house" that I said I really wanted to find!! So very thoughtful - I will absolutely be back!!

Modern construction is a new neighborhood. It's convenient, clean, new interior. If you're looking for something with more personality, charm, and quirks, this isn't it, but it's a pleasant place to stay.

This place was perfect for our extended family snow trip. Unfortunately it rained the whole time so we spent a lot more time inside than we planned. But the place could not have been better. It fit us perfectly. Loved how dog friendly and kid friendly the place is. It was also decorated with Christmas decor making it feel warm and homely. Jason was very responsive when we had questions. I would recommend and would absolutely come back if we plan another trip in the area.

Beautiful, quiet and private, this cabin property has quickly become a favorite place for my family. The hosts are friendly, quick to reply and thoughtful.

Peggy's place was a charming getaway. The garden area was beautiful and it was extremely relaxing under the stars in the hot tub at night. The town itself is beautiful and looks like a fairytale suspended in time. Peggy was a great host and we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again!

The cottage was surrounded by a lovely garden and it was quiet and peaceful. Cynthia allowed a later check out to accommodate my schedule which was helpful. I recommend the place for 2-3 days, it is small but met my needs.
