It was very cold when we arrived, but the heaters quickly heated up the place. We liked being close to downtown Nevada City which had many charming stores and restaurants. We all liked our beds and they were comfortable. I'd say the full size bed was the most comfortable. You did have to wait awhile for the hot water to kick in. There were plenty of towels. Thank you so much.

What a gem of a place! Quiet neighborhood, tucked away and peaceful, clean and comfortable, with charming decor. Highly recommend & would definitely book again if available. Thank you for a great stay.

They accepted our stay with very short notice (within 3 hours of arriving) which was a load off my shoulders. When we arrived at the house it was absolutely beautiful and a very quiet neighborhood The décor was not only beautiful but very functional. It was very spacious and extremely clean. Wonderful backyard and board games galore.. they even had a Christmas tree up with the lights on for us in the large front window it was very welcoming. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this place to anyone needed accommodation. As it was our first time staying in an air bnb we were very happy and felt so welcome the area was quiet and peaceful, the home was super comfortable. Me and my family loved it, Zach was super helpful and insightful, ensuring a comfortable and easy stay for a family/pet friendly home! Everything necessary was provided for us. We look forward to coming back in the near future!

I loved Nhu's place and will definitely hope it is available next time I am in the Davis area. Very, very comfortable. And totally functional. Easy to walk to downtown Davis in the morning for coffee and to stretch legs. Safeway across the street, convenient for getting groceries to grill on the propane grill on the back patio. And Nhu is super communicative and flexible.

We decided on a last minute weekend get away and Jacques guesthouse did not disappoint. Her beautiful home is on the property but you have every bit of privacy needed. The deck was our favorite spot. Very private, great view of the hills and you can hear geese, cows, and turkeys. The check in and check out was the easiest I’ve seen. We will definitely be back!

Helpful and responsive. We had a lovely visit and appreciated having our adult kids out for a barbecue and games poolside during our visit

Great location for anyone who wants to stay close to restaurants, shopping, and more. The area is nice, residential, and quiet. The place was good overall, but a few things needed attention, such as the broken towel rack in the bathroom. The host was responsive! I’d be happy to stay here again.

Anastasiya's place was fabulous. There were 3 of us traveling for work and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen, veranda, and family room were all great places to hang out. Loved the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked so we cooked in quite a bit. Everything was perfect! Would highly recommend.

Adrienne’s place is clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful location. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool with waterfall. The beds were VERY comfortable and the house had all that we needed. There’s plenty of parking and the place is easy to find. We also loved playing the arcade games…that was a fun extra touch! We would love to stay again sometime.

Our stay was perfect. The pictures were accurate and the place was as described. It was a surprise for my wife who loves Spanish architecture so she was thrilled. Olga was a great host making sure we had everything we needed. We will most definitely stay there again, especially in the summer.

We love Robert and Jeanne's pool house. The setting is beautiful and the house has everything we need for a very comfortable stay. Pool houses can be poorly constructed; this one is not! It's well-built, and has all the amenities for a very comfortable stay. Also, Robert and Jeanne are very responsive, and kept in touch with me well. This is our second time staying there, and we'll be back!

In most things, getting the details right, is difficult. Sarah knocked it out of the park. This place is so thoughtfully put together. From the well appointed kitchen, to the great bedding, and the clear instructions, this place was so welcoming and comfortable. The location is very private and peaceful. We enjoyed using this place as a base to do daily excursions to some great snowy places for snowshoeing. We said, multiple times this weekend to each other, “I love this place and we should come back here soon!”.

Lindsay’s place was great. It was easy to find, easy to check in and out of. Lindsay was very communicative and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you Suz for the great stay! The location was cozy, dog friendly, and in a great location for visiting family in Folsom. Suz went out of her way to decorate for the holidays for guests and was friendly and proactive. We appreciated the large dining table, games, and amenities.

Great home with everything you need! Located close to everything and easy Uber drive.

This is our second time staying at this beautiful home. It’s so comfortable and cozy and has lots of great space for family to hang out, cooking meals, play games, and watch movies. I love being able to bring the dogs and it’s very well set up for that. We also found a lovely hike along the railroad track and threw an old graveyard into the little historic town of Dutch flat. That was really nice.

Peggy's place was a charming getaway. The garden area was beautiful and it was extremely relaxing under the stars in the hot tub at night. The town itself is beautiful and looks like a fairytale suspended in time. Peggy was a great host and we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again!

Cynthia was so lovely whenever I had any questions! The place was very private and felt very safe. Left my car out front with boxes on the hitch and had no issues. Super close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping etc. Dogs were able to run around in the backyard at different points in the day which was lovely! Would stay again if I’m in the area!

My family stayed at Joy's for the kid's spring break and we had a blast! We all enjoyed the pickleball court and hot tub, waking up to the turkeys and the deer in the yard, and playing with our dogs in the nearby woods. Beds were comfy and clean, and the kids loved the bunkbed room. Grill was nice and clean and things were easy to find and operate. Will totally stay here again.
