Lake house vacation rentals in Attersee

Constanze's spacious lakeside home was a gem of a find! An idyllic location; gardens leading down to the jetty & lake ; amazing views across to mountains; excellent scenic walks to either end of the lake; train station 5 minutes walk away with regular, reliable service to Salzburg & elsewhere. We made the best use of this beautiful house & location & the wood burning stove was very much appreciated on the cooler evenings! Constanze was a great host, was there to meet & greet us & with excellent communication via phone too & we have no hesitation in recommending her lovely home.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s apartment! The location was perfect—just 50 meters from the train station and 30 meters from the bus stop, making it incredibly easy to reach Hallstatt in just 10 minutes by bus. Andrea even provided tax receipts that allowed us to take the bus for free, which was a great bonus! The room was clean and beautifully designed, complete with a private bathroom. The common area was cozy and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Check-in went smoothly, communication was pleasant and the house + garden were very charming and clean.

I had vacation here with family in May. This place was beyond my expectation. Inside the house we had everything we needed. Outside the house there are gorgeous views, bike, grill, boat. Host is very nice and friendly, he took us from train station and back on a car. Also there is a far farm on the oposide side of the road with cows, hourses, goats and lovely dog. We had a very great time here.

A really great trip with the family. The extremely spacious house is located in an absolutely premium location directly on Lake Mattsee. What a view. It's all there, what you'll need. 2 bathrooms, kitchen with upscale amenities, pizza oven (Oh yes! A real pro part!), BBQ in XXL format, sauna, fireplace, everything is just there. Meganette, friendly and accommodating landlords. Feel free to come back anytime!! GREAT!!!

The house is very comfortable, but more importantly provides a genuine Austrian experience. The interior and furniture is comfortable and authentic. it is situated directly on the lake walk. we enjoyed seeing cows outside the window, and snow capped mountains. This is an area of Austria you should not miss!

The vacation at the mountain hut was magical and beautiful. Great place for relaxing. The surroundings and nature are just incredible. Communication with the owner perfect. We will definitely come back next year. We are very satisfied.

Bernhard was a very good and friendly host. The self-check-in worked smoothly. Bernhard was absolutely reliable for questions. The apartment exceeded our expectations, especially considering the size and is a great starting point for excursions towards Salzburg and the surrounding area. For visitors with smaller children, it is worth noting that the sleeping area is designed as a gallery. This can be seen from the photos, but we were kind of surprised - but definitely positive in our case. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked for our needs, we were also very pleased about the Nespresso coffee machine and corresponding capsules (guest gift). The accommodation was a good base for our wonderful holiday.

What a wonderful view around this apartment. The apartment definitely met our expectations. It was sparkling clean and everything we needed was present. Excellent base for day trips, mountain hiking, etc. Gerald and his wife are very nice and helpful people. Many thanks, we loved our stay with you. As far as we are concerned, recommended.

Comfortable, cozy house, fully equipped, an excellent choice for a large company. The ski resort is 20 minutes by car. Sandor is very attentive, always ready to help and answer questions. We really liked the wine cellar. It was nice to receive 2 bottles of wine as a welcome gift. Thank you very much Sandor, we recommend staying in your house

Great stay and and a great host. Enjoyed my stay at the place, would not mind being there the next time as well.

The communication with Sandra was wonderfully not to mention the really fantastic accommodation. We booked very spontaneously and yet everything worked out very well. Late check-in was possible, which is why we were already able to arrive at night. We were also very happy about the folder with activities in the area, because despite the unfortunately bad weather, we were able to make the most of the time. The house is very nicely built and well located - the treetop trail and summer toboggan run are a real recommendation. Also the walk-through room for us no problem, as the boys could sleep together as in a large room as in a large room and the girls downstairs had their own room.
