This was exactly as I expected! The description was accurate and the home was beautiful and easy to access. I loved curling up with a book in the morning and enjoying the views of the Mississippi. It was clean and spacious. Three nice size bedrooms for our family and a great living area. The hot tub was the perfect way to relax on a chilly night. We enjoyed having the train right there as it was something unique. Didn't bother us at all. I would book again if I get back to the area.

Cozy cabin with all necessary utilities. Relaxing atmosphere with a great aesthetic interior design. Fast and flexible communication with host. Would recommend to friends. Host also provides sizable guide book for the area and local activities, national parks, and places to eat

We had a wonderful time here. Kim was very proactive and communicative. We appreciated her flexibility when we decided to extend our stay. The space is lovely. The directions and policies are clear, easy to understand, and all very reasonable with nothing feeling unfair or too demanding. Will definitely try to come back in the future.

Very clean and comfortable. Everything was as pictured. They made sure everything was ready for us before checking in. It was a nice view of the river and a good place to stay this Christmas!

This was a last minute booking as I had to leave my home unexpectedly on a Saturday evening to avoid really bad weather that would have caused me to miss an important meeting I had Monday morning about 45 minutes from Sarah’s place. Everything was super easy and flawless when it came to booking the house and getting check in instructions. The house was peaceful, clean, had everything we needed and a bonus was the TV had Disney+ which my 13 year old loved! The couch and beds were very comfortable which is not always the case with Air B&B’s. My boys and I loved our time there and will definitely be renting again when we come through Illinois.

We stay here often and Sheila is always an amazing host. Our grandkids love her home, and staying here is a holiday tradition. Thank you for making our holidays warm and bright!
