We were in 5 couples with children and the house was perfect. The pool area overlooking the dam is a high point of the accommodation. A delight, we stay every day in the pool. We didn't leave any days from the house, we stayed 1 week and it was amazing. Another high point of the trip is the owner Livia, who always answered us and helped us with any questions or requests. I recommend with my eyes closed!

I and my family relaxed and enjoyed these days in the house. The view is extreme gorgeous! The entrance to the condo was quiet, I arrived from the concierge to the house with ease. The house was clean, the bed was very comfortable and it is very close to the pier, which was good because my husband and son took advantage of and rented Jet Ski. I didn't miss any items in the kitchen, I had everything I needed. I will definitely return with my brothers and nephews as well. And when I texted, I was promptly answered.

We had easy and fast communication with Marina and Juliana. They were always ready to help and facilitate our tour. The house is great and the view is a show apart. Completely "intact" hehehe. We are super comfortable and intend to return.

The hosting was just wonderful. We spent 8 days in the house, the place was clean and organized when we arrived, kitchen with the essential and useful equipment for everyday life. Hygiene and cleaning products were also available. The dirt road to the house is very quiet, we traveled with a Hb20 car and we had no problems. The nature around the house is stunning, a peace, an unparalleled silence! Fish in the lakes and singing birds, a true paradise. The pool is a great size both in its width and depth, delicious water, we enjoy it every day. Wi-Fi works perfectly all the time! The house is very isolated by nature, which has given us a lot of privacy. We visited the waterfall of Blacks that is very close to the house and it was well worth it! And finally, the host Paulo who was very kind giving us instructions on how to get to the house and responded super fast whenever we need to. We will definitely come back more often!

It's our second time at Lays's place, and we love staying there. Lays is very polite and helpful We loved the house, again it was clean and with everything we needed. The housekeeper takes care of the pool every morning and everything is clean for our use. The condominium is super safe and has a beautiful view. Of course we'll be back shortly.
