Nice flat, good location in Nea Kallikratia. It was very good for family with two kids. Flat is very well equiped with all that you need, kitchen also. AC is also possible but we don’t use it too much. Wifi is very good for greek appartments. Thank you!

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

We had a wonderful stay. The Appartement was well equipped. We loved the lovely decoration and the comfortable firniture which made the Appartemebt very cozy. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden (our kids loved the playground). The host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything was fine. A lot of appLiances. Nice balcony. Everything like home. Way to the beach with stairs. Not suitable for disabled people. We hope to get back next year. Maria&Hristo, all the best

We really enjoyed our time here. The house was beautifully located in a quiet pebbly beach. The neighborhood was quiet, even in mid-June. It was really fun to cook outside on the terrace, and there were lots of pleasant areas to lounge. A few kitchen amenities would be helpful if you are going to cook at the villa- dish soap, sponge, paper towels.

Clean and comfy place felt like home. Many local restaurants and beatiful beaches around with affordable prices. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere and you find everything that you need at this place. At first we were doubtful about not having Wifi but that helped us to stay away from daily time loss from social media and just stay in the moment. Everything was very nice. The view impressed us all, the kitchen and living room are spacious and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and the linen clean. We will definitely come back here. 😍

Had a wonderful stay at Nelli’s place! It had everything we needed, with small but well-organized bedrooms on the second floor. The beach is within walking distance, or you can easily drive there. Aurora was incredibly friendly and kept the place spotless during our stay!

The house itself and the place were great, I can say that it was the best house I stayed in, you have an electric charging station in the house and you don't need anyone, the charging station gave us a great convenience and the host did not charge us any fees, there is everything you can think of in the house, including ps 5, and they are all very new, we saw the host all the time, he responded immediately to what we asked

Nebojsa was an excellent host, very hospitable, from the moment we booked this house he was always in touch with us, answering every question we had about the house as well as the place where we were staying. The house is amazing, literaly there is everything you can possibly need and imagine. Also it has a great view on the see from the pool and the balcony. There is a nice garden and a barbacue near the pool which we used every day. It has no wi-fi, but we menaged to solve that by buying local sim card. Beaches nearby are amazing, mostly we used car to get to them, but you can go by foot to a beach near the house, which is wild. I highly recommend visiting Afytos, it is a beautiful little town, not far away when you have car, and underneath the city (which is in the hill) you have amazing beaches with blue crystal see. All in all , i highly recommend booking this house and injoying al it's amenities.

We were 3 families with small children and we had a great time. The house is right up the beach so you have a great view of the sea from the terrace. Taverns, bars and supermarket are in walking distance so you really don't even need a car to get by. Great place to spend the hollydays!

Hi nikolla. Thank you so much for staying in your apartment. We enjoyed it very much and would come back at any time. One thing, however, was described somewhat inaccurately and where to go with the garbage. We couldn't find a shelf so we put the garbage bags in front of the front door. We hope it was true. Great place to stay in a well-situaled locaotion close to supermarkets, restaurants, a local beakery, and only 5 min. walk from the beach. The jacuzzi is defently a plus. Only the instructions on how to use it could have been clearer (printed manual). Also the sink in the bathroom was clogged and it always drained very slowly. Unfortunately, the washing machine was broken and couldn't be used - though, it was manageable for the short stay. Besides that, it is a comfortable and modern apartment with a huge balcony that invites you to have breakfasts or dinner. Would recommend staying if you want to relax in a place with tasteful furnishing , but it is on the higher end of the price range compared to all the apartments in the area.

The apartment is just as described, quite comfortable and convenient for a family with two small children. It is close to the city center. We drove to the beaches, but if you prefer to walk, it's probably around 15 minutes. We had everything we needed to prepare a meal, including a large refrigerator and a well-equipped bathroom. The only thing that might be improved is the mattresses, which could be a bit more comfortable :) Highly recommended, and if we come again, we'll stay here :)

The apartment is great. Easy to be found placed next to the beach. We enjoyed winter mornings with the sea view from our balcony. Our host Zoi was very nice and friendly we enjoyed her sweets and all amenities. We also had everything that we need for our little kid stroller and crib. I definitely recommend this apartment and we are definitely returning again ☺️

I would like to single out this apartment and its owner. This is a magnificent place with stunning sea views that you don't want to leave ! The hostess of the property is very kind ,friendly and cheerful ,a very responsible person who shows maximum attention and punctuality to guests ,provides assistance and recommendations for the area. Beautiful apartment with good renovation and quality appliances. The first thing that catches your eye is the stunning sea view through the panoramic window with sliding doors. The sea is 20 meters from your veranda, at any time the whole apartment can be filled with fresh sea air in 1 minute. The apartment has everything you need, +2 bathrooms, which is very convenient, a wonderful mattress and pillows on which you can sleep, everything is very cozy and beautiful. There are also pleasant little things that are immediately visible, such as good coffee, water and a few drinks in the fridge ,and the availability of everything you need for cooking. As seasoned travelers, my wife and I give it 5 out of 5 . Recommended 100%
