I had a great stay in Victor's space. From the beginning he was very requested, left water, chipa and tea so that I would be well received when I arrived. The apartment is very well located, very quiet neighborhood and close to the Carmelita neighborhood, which has many bars and restaurants at night. Speaking of the apartment, I only have compliments to do, from the easy entrance to the building, with a 24-hour doorman, to the spacious and comfortable apartment, where we have everything we need and a little more. Extremely comfortable bed and pillow, I would even like to know where Victor bought the hahaha pillows In an upcoming trip to Asunción, I'm sure I'll be staying again. Thank you Victor.

Nilsa is a perfect host! I love her accommodations! Always attentive and proactive to comfort throughout your stay! The apartment is beautiful and spotless! 1. The reception knows what it is doing. 2. Access, key, wifi, TV, air conditioning, all uncomplicated. 3. Pool water very clean. all good. Price/performance fits.

The accommodation is very clean, modern, well located and functional. The hosts are responsive and friendly, the pool is nice. We'll be happy to go back.

The stay was fantastic , the apartment is very well located , it also has everything to make you feel comfortable, detail to highlight Carlos , very kind and responds quickly to each query . This is my second time staying in that apartment .

The apartment was great and the location really convenient. Biggie (convince store) was good for stocking up on essentials. The apartment and entire building were clean. The building was quiet with no disruptive noise. We especially enjoyed the shared rooftop pool with amazing views over Asuncion.

Very good residential building with a great pool and beautiful Quincho. Mercedes is a super host and always available and helpful.

Third time we have stayed in this house. It is very comfortable and spacious. Near to supermarkets, shopping, restaurant. Ideal to come with kids. We always came to see the family, and the spaces that the house has are ideal for sharing either indoors or outdoors. Vicente(the caretaker) is very friendly and always willing to help with whatever is needed.

Astrid is an excellent hostess, always catering quickly. The accommodation is as per the listing. we had a very good time in the stay. In front of the house there is a candy store with wonderful ice cream. I would definitely settle back with Astrid.

Recommended for those looking for a place to spend the night, close to the main shopping in the city.

The house is very nice and is very well equipped. There is not much nearby but it arrives very well delivery and Uber. The only thing I didn't like is that it has a camera in the dnd dining room is also the armchair bed and I found it invasive.

Fantastic experience from arrival to departure. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is excellent. The kitchen we did not use but it was complete and tidy. Los aires split work very well. The spacious and comfortable living room. Ana gave us directions and recommendations from the area that were much appreciated and at all times she cares about guests having a good time.

The house is beautiful and very comfortable, it met our expectations. The area is quiet and there are a few blocks away a supermarket and some restaurants. Juan José was an excellent host, always in order, responded immediately and very kindly. I recommend staying in this house and Juan José is grateful for all his courtesy.

We really liked this apartment. Its huge and right by the super market. In a sense there are 3 rooms. The walk-in closet is as big as many bedroom. My wife used it as an office. The is a nice place to stay.

Glen and his team are one of the reasons I am always excited to come to Asunción. This unit is spacious, well appointed, and located on a central yet quiet street. I especially appreciate the extra bedroom/ office and the water delivered to the unit. As always, this was a flawless stay.

Vivian's place is a gem that can be missed in Airbnb, but for sure it is such a fantastic place to be in. The host is super friendly, flexible, understanding and very helpful. Her perfectionism for giving a great experience is difficult to measure in words. From the description, to the proactive ness in the chat and even the little details like helpful labels on things that are not too obvious is so great! Not only this, her place is so cozy and felt like home, like every single element, be furniture or decoration, had its place and felt like it belonged to that very place. Very well thought (and we'll pictured by the photos) The internet speed and stability is great for work, ac units works great, there's a lot of room for clothes and her place has everything, and by everything I mean EVERYTHING! I even needed a sewing needle and she had it. This is a fantastic stay, I highly recommend the experience!
