Caroline’s apartment is spacious, clean and well maintained, with a full range of modern appliances. It’s in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the tram and an excellent Boulangerie (go there for breakfast) and just a few minutes more on to the Circuit de La Sarthe. Caroline was communicative and responsive throughout the booking process and welcoming during our stay. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend the apartment.

Thanks to Marine and Simon for hosting us. The space was completely as described and pictured. Very responsive and good advice on activities in Le Mans. Perfect for a weekend with friends! The only small downside is the presence of only one bathroom and toilet which is a little tight for 12 people but otherwise great!

Very short stay (one night). Clean, spacious and well located apartment in the heart of old Le Mans. We did not meet the owners but communication by message exchange was sufficient for a smooth check-in and check-out.

We stayed at Christine's apart to break up our journey to the Dordogne and we're so impressed that we had to book the apartment for the return journey, again we had a lovely stay and Christine was again so lovely, I would recommend anyone travelling to or through Le Mans to stay here.

The listing matched the description in every way. Close enough to the city center within walking distance. Warm accommodation, as it is usually inhabited by Régis. Régis is a pleasant host, he was present upon check-in. A plus, as many hosts prefer lockboxes that remain very impersonal although practical. I would highly recommend it.

A very good flexible welcome by Emilie & Benjamin who are very friendly. In the middle of nature with the wood burning stove since we went there in winter. Everything went well and our hosts were attentive and present in case of problems to light the fire or otherwise. Beautiful environment surrounded by nature. Close to the Domaine de la Pescheray and not far from Le Mans. I recommend these very welcoming hosts.

Spacious, well-equipped and pleasant house. Chloe was responsible and particularly flexible. The place is very peaceful and refreshing, with easy access to Le Mans. Special mention for the Christmas tree, which allowed us to enjoy a festive atmosphere.

Exceptional setting. A little slice of heaven, we take it all in. My daughter was thrilled to spend a night in this dreamy place. We're in an authentic, simple, and comfortable space. We plan to go back and can't wait to be there. ONCE IN A LIFETIME.

The Appartment was perfect and Jonathan communicated very quickly and efficiently, the place was very well situated for bars and restaurants and parking was right outside the door. Very well equipped place with wonderful showers and very well equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend and I hope to return.

We were very well hosted by Sophie, who was responsive and flexible for both check-in and out. The accommodation is very clean, very well equipped with excellent quality furniture. During our stay, we were able to enjoy the calm of this top floor (there is currently work near the building, but they were stopped this Christmas period). The location is perfect since the accommodation is in the heart of Bagnoles, next to the Lake and small shops (including the bakery). If we have a chance, we will gladly return to Sophie's apartment.

It is my second time in that apartment. I LOVE it. Katy decorated it in a great way with a lot of attentions. A clean appartement, well positioned, very spacious and very well designed, you feel yourself at home
