The place is very clean. Everything is working and provided for. Very responsive and friendly to communicate with. Near wet market and mini groceries. Very easy to find and the parking is huge enough to fit a large vehicle. Just a few kilometers away from fast food and restaurants. If you need a budget firendly and a good place to stay, this is place is highly recommended. Just walking distance from the beach.

We had wonderful stay, definitely we will book again in this place in the future. Thanks to Ms Cristina she allowed us to check out a bit later in time for the mass schedule we attended in Manaog. It was the 12th birthday of my youngest and he enjoyed the beach in the afternoon we arrived and early in the morning the ff day. I observed that among the row of properties in the beachfront, this place is amog the few ones with number of trees still standing (ripe mangoes falling on the ground), other properties have very few or no trees at all. Great find!

Ligaya and John are incredibly accommodating and friendly—they always checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. Anytime we needed something, whether it was an extension cord, adaptors, or even just more coffee, they made sure to provide it. One of the best things about our stay was the food! They serve meals from breakfast to dinner, and everything was delicious. The place was also spotless, as they keep it clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Ligaya and John, for your hospitality!

The area of the villa is safe, the subdivision has security guards. To get transportation you just need to call the guard house for them to arrange tricycle to bring you where you need to go. It feels like home since it was very silent in the area, it feels like you're in the province, your neighbors are far since the nearby homes have little occupancy. The staff are so accomodating and helpful.

The place was perfect for a get-away for the family but what sealed the deal was they are pet friendly. The place has a rustic charm and it felt good to be away from the noise of the city and enjoy the quiet farm life. The kids enjoyed the pool and the dogs enjoyed exploring the surroundings. However they are far from supermarkets so it is advisable that you bring anything you might need. Kuya Jong the caretaker is also very helpful and is always around to assist. Phoebe is always very responsive to queries as well and even tried to help us by reviewing CCTV footage when we thought we lost our dog. All-in-all if you want a charming place to stay for solitude this is highly recommended.

Me and my friends' family had a great stay. What a beautiful home. Wish we could have stayed more than a day. The pool is really what made the stay superb, esp my 11 yr old daughter. I definitely recommend this place.

OMG! I had such a great stay over the weekend! The location was perfect, the room was cozy and clean, and the owner were incredibly friendly and welcoming. This wonderful and very affordable place is very rare to find in Pangasinan. I highly recommend this place, if you are looking for a comfortable and safe place to stay, near Dagupan, Pangasinan. The location is great since it’s close to the main road and there are nearby convenience stores. The rooms are spacious and the house is very clean and complete with ameneties. And the host, Ms. Joyce, is very nice and accommodating.
